Educate yourself on the public offices and the representatives’ voting record. See who votes in favor of corporate interests or YOUR interests. How do you do that? Get off of your ever-widening asses that plop on the couch and watch Faux News, CNN or MSNBC and go to the goddamned LIBRARY!
Read about the candidates and exactly what they represent. NOT the Internet; the LIBRARY! Now you don’t have an excuse NOT to vote. If you allow mediocrity to set in you will turn on the TV and get spoon fed what the corporate news wants you to know.

When you wake up from living in your slumber and illusive dream state you will realize that you have been living your life based on what you were told it was and NOT what it actually is. Only when we realize that going deep within our beings to immerse ourselves in our inner well-being of Divine love will we be able to bypass our brains’ quest for resolution. Deep within is where all is resolved by Divine love and the realization of Divine perfection becomes paramount. A HYPOCRITE?
I have been informed that because some of my posts are vitriolic and full of anger that I am a hypocrite. Where did anyone ever get the idea that because someone is ‘spiritual’ that they should lay down and play dead? It is same thought process of some that say if you are spiritual that you should not accept money to use your talents, skills and abilities. Where does this horseshit come from? It comes from religions, familial and societal programming that one has accepted because it made others favor them, accept them and allow them to feel ‘loved’. More horseshit!
I have always said what was on my mind and always will. I have a question for all of these people who believe I am a hypocrite; and I am NOT comparing myself to Jesus, just what he did. What did he do with the money changers who were desecrating the temple? He kicked ass by overturning their tables and telling them the truth. Was he a hypocrite because he didn’t follow what was claimed that he said in A Course In Miracles? Hardly. He did what he had to do to speak in the language those idiots and morons would understand.
If you cannot take my honesty, forthrightness and direct identification of erroneous bullshit beliefs, then do us both a favor and defriend and block me. I WILL not stop being who I am despite your erroneous assessment of my behaviors. I do not answer to you or anyone. I posted a meme one day that said, “Vote for the candidate and not the party.” I posted it on my page and the True Blue Party group on FaceBook and I got flack from some about what I said in the post. It's unbelievable how some people have absolutely NO reading comprehension whatsoever. They read into what I said with blue sunglasses as if I was coming down on the Democratic Party. I can now understand why some Republicans say what they say about the Democrats even though I disagree with most of what they say.
Both parties have zealots that will go to any lengths to prove their respective points with no regard to the truth whatsoever! I have learned something else as well: the vitriol from the Democrats is just as hostile as the Republicans. I stated that you must research the voting record and the character of each candidate and they said the Republicans are blanketly bad and, in my experience, that is simply NOT true. I happen to know some very decent Republican people who truly care about this country and I am surprised that some Democrats take an ‘all or nothing’ stance.
We all love this country in our own way and for any one of us to blanketly say that everyone in a political party are all bad, is not being logical or fair. Granted, I have been hard on the Conservatives, Republicans and Tea Partiers; justifiably so. But I have never told decent hard working people who support their families that because they are Republican that they are somehow bad. We need to bridge the gap between selfishness and selflessness; between fear and faith; and between posturing and openness. That's how we all grow and expand together. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

ZERO TOLERANCE?
Would any of you ascribe to a zero tolerance policy? Would you be a part of a group of people who claim to believe the same things that you do and employ rules not plainly posted that incorporate a zero-tolerance policy? Would you further believe that a group of people who claim to want democratic principles to be enforced for all would have a zero tolerance policy?
Now, I was invited to a group on Facebook last Spring and I joined and shared many posts over the summer. On my last post, I simply shared my posting on my own wall which included my promotional signature. To be honest, I forgot it was there. It did violate the group’s policies and the post was taken down and I was removed as a member. Now, nothing was mentioned about who reported me and I can only assume it was one of the commenters who disagreed with my ‘vote for the candidate and not the party’ meme. You would think that people who support the Democratic Party would be more open-minded. Not the case here. I was removed on a technicality concerning my post but I suspect it was because of my meme saying it how it is.
I was totally surprised to see the anti-Republican vitriol posted by this group. People saying that our representatives voting records are the only thing we should look at and not even consider their character as a person. I actually believed that people who believe in democratic principles would be more open-minded and investigate all of the candidates before jumping on a bandwagon. The bandwagon mentality is only for those who incessantly judge others without employing an ounce of discernment.
I was relieved that they removed me because I would never want to be a part of such childish and juvenile behavior. If this is a club or group of people who are trying to make this country better, they sure fooled me. Thank you, True Blue Party for removing me on a technicality when I called you out on your blatant and obvious bullshit. When you proclaim to be fair, honest and forthright, and you then deny someone their right to speak freely because you don’t agree with what they say, you are a bigot and a sensor of the truth.
No matter how you spin it, you do what is convenient for you to inflict your feelings, beliefs and viewpoints on others without regard to what they feel, believe and view.

What I say about becomes both of our business because it reveals an emotional need to speak out about how you think and behave. How you act out and behave becomes both of our business because it either supports or diminishes the peace of our mutual existence. I only need to know how I think of me because what you think of me is NOT what I am. It is what YOU think I am and no more. Only when we all learn to trust in our inner Divine assessment of whom and what we are will we be able to effectively move forward in the expression of mutual progress dedicated to unfolding our Divine purposes in Divine order.

A BALANCING ACT?
If you are committed to make a point and not to presenting it properly reveals that you are more emotional than rational.
Balance demonstrates character and caring for others over the emotional need to express yourself at all costs!
If you want your message to be openly received then make the time to present it properly as well as reveal its content.

When you are so locked into your beliefs you cement them in place with an emotional barrier to resist anything that contradicts them; even the facts! Political division and passionate discourse fueled by emotional reaction more than logical thinking and intuitive guidance is more detrimental to traversing the path to peace than anything else. Yes, we base our beliefs on different values; but when those values are imposed on others without the proper verification of veracity and validation of occurrences, it is supposition to support an emotional agenda more than a discussion of the facts as evidence.
It seems that both sides, Democrats and Republicans, have a bandwagon mentality from those who are passionate about their beliefs without even entertaining the possibility that they might be wrong. This is dangerous for the stability of our world. Look what happened with the Iraq War when everyone jumped on the bandwagon based on the projection of fear without the verification of the facts. Thousands upon thousands died based on a lie and families lost their members because of a false patriotic call to duty. This call was all based on greed for control of resources more than on actual patriotism.
Pat Tillman, after his tour in Iraq, discovered that before his death on his second tour in Afghanistan. He left a great life to be ‘patriotic’ only to find out that he was being lied to and spoke out about it. Soon after he expressed his views he was killed by ‘friendly fire’. Too convenient! When the Bush Regime’s poster boy for recruitment discovered the truth and let others know he signed his own death warrant. Remember Patrick Tillman. GOD WILLING?
What do you say to someone who takes a blessing that you have shared with another and says, “God willing?” God is always willing to bless His children if they simply get out of their own way! In fact, waking up every morning is the first blessing of the day from the Divine and we should always be thankful for it! The antiquated message of fear based thinking always reverts to saying ‘God willing’.
Since God expresses Divine love and gives us our very life, isn’t that God ‘willing’? God’s will is all that is good, supportive and facilitating growth and expansion. Operating from a fear based mindset and heartset of ‘not-knowing’ the will of God is NOT living from Divine guidance. Trusting in the Divine means letting go of ALL fear and using faith to KNOW that you are being guided and protected while you’re unfolding your Divine purpose in Divine order.
Preaching fear, living from fear and fomenting others to fear that which is unknown is facilitating NOT living in God’s will. Open your eyes to see and open your heart to know. Only you can put a stop to fear by trusting completely in the Divine and KNOWING that God’s will is for the good of all and the well-being of each and every one of us! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
THE VALUE OF THE GOOSE
Many business schools today only teach acquisition, profit building and making money from money without increasing the value of the ‘goose’ that laid their golden eggs. The old adage that says, “It’s business” is from a self-serving paradigm rooted in fear and taking advantage of others for your own gain.
This is why many of the Trump University graduates are shallow people who don't give a damn about giving decent service to others. They are taught to get the most for the least amount of work. That is service from the ego and NOT the spirit!
Much the same with their shallow and vapid leader, Donald Trump! Everything he says is shallow revealing form and no substance whatsoever. He claims he can lead without even knowing the circumstances surrounding the issues. His claims to being capable reveal nothing but sheer and utter vapidity. Don’t suck on something sour that is covered with sweetness.
Eventually the sweet will erode away and you will be left with nothing but sour and have a bad taste in your mouth. The new paradigm of business is in offering great products and service, backing up what you sell and servicing the needs of your clients. Trump on military boarding school: “I felt that I was in the military in the true sense because I dealt with those people”. No. Donald, you were NOT in the military. You didn't lose limbs, eyes or mobility from your 'interaction' with the military. You ARE a pariah of the middle class and you speak to them as if you are one of them. YOU ARE NOT!
You are a silver spoon who chokes on his own bullshit at every turn! Yet, those who are just as STUPID as you are fall for your bullshit hook, line and sinker. As much as I don't like John McCain you are NO John McCain! He took his turn and did not accept favor when he could have.

Set the tone of your interactions with others by paying attention to the signs of whether or not they are out for mutual growth and expansion or for selfish gain. LIVING IN FEAR
Is Israel the only one that lives in fear of Iran’s nuclear capability? Actually, the Iranians do as well. They are the ones who live everyday in fear of what Israel will do. Remember, Israel has nuclear bombs and they don't. The only thing that maintains the peace is a balance of power! Without that, whoever has the greater power can act on the basis of national defense.
It is the Christians and Jewish religious zealots that influence the purported ‘safety’ of Israel due to some twisted ‘prophecy’ based more on literary authoritarian alliteration than fact. How would you feel if Cuba had nuclear weapons (as it almost occurred in the early sixties by the Russians) and we didn’t? Wouldn’t you want a balance of power as well? Get real, people. Living in fear is no way to live.
Letting the other guy know that your retaliation can be as devastating as his attack actually prevents him from making the attack in the first place. SPEAK THE TRUTH!
This world needs those who speak the truth no matter what. Some have asserted that I am mean, acerbic and too assertive in my interactions on my threads. I love my friends on FaceBook and some repeatedly misunderstand my motives when I stick to the truth. Kindness is always the state in which to be, however some attack in public and then berate in private.
What is on a thread is not the whole picture. What is in the heart is. You can rest assured that I will always present the following in my writings: I will speak from my heart; I will investigate what it is I say; and I relay it as ‘a’ way and not ‘the’ way. However, some take my presentation of ‘a’ way as ‘the’ way’.
That is not my problem if they do, but I always strive to present what I say in the light of Divine understanding. If they so choose to challenge that, that is their right. However, where is coming from? Ego or spirit? I sincerely doubt it is from the latter. Peace and blessings to all of you and thank you for participating in my threads.

Hypocrisy is knowing the truth and saying things that are not truthful in order to gain the support of others that either don’t know how to find the truth, who are too lazy go and find out or are so comfortable in their ignorance that they believe anything that aligns with what they were previously taught. In other words, Donald Trump, Jeb Bush, Ben Carson, Ted Cruz, Scott Walker, Bobby Jindal…or should I say, the entire Republican field of candidates?
When you play to your base with half-truths, partial truths and outright lies to gain support for your selfish and detrimental agenda of war and human debasement, you are evil at best. Most people cannot, will not or consciously choose to not see what exactly you are doing. However, thank God that some of us do and will keep heralding with the trumpet of truth.

The reason why some people keep saying hateful things about me is because they recognize the hate in their own heart. I do not hate anyone. I don't like what some people do and believe and I say something about it. To those who have hate in their heart what I say and do is recognized by them as me being hateful. They cannot see the truth in what is being said so their minds and hearts mask its reality to make them feel safe and secure.
You cannot change people like this; you can be who you are and plant seeds of change within them that might eventually grow when they allow themselves to share Divine love with all. Never allow anyone to piss on you and tell you that it is raining. By virtue of the fact that they try to impose their emotional take on what you do in honesty, reveals that they truly don’t get the point and never will until they get out of their own way.
When you live in an emotional box with the walls, ceiling and floor of your belief system, the only way you can ever see the whole truth and nothing but the truth is to step out of your cushy, comfortable and reliable box and look back at just how confining it truly is; and that it was that box that you allowed yourself to live in that contained your expressions and reflected them back to you.
Freedom to express comes when you step out of your boxed belief system and get into the real world of limitless expression and boundless joy. Be ye therefore boxless! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
WHO AND WHAT YOU ARE
How you think, feel, believe, speak about, act on or display about me is truly no concern of mine. These things don’t determine who and what I am. They determine who and what you are! When you let go of the judgments of others and embrace the discernments of the facts and the truth, you dismiss your misguided perceptions and allow the truth to reign supreme!
Anytime you allow your opinions, judgments and beliefs to determine how you treat others, you are, in essence, saying that you are all that! And let’s face it; none of us are! We all are perfect spiritual beings navigating through a mine field of perceptions of imperfections that we believe we need to resolve. The truth of the matter is that we are already perfect spiritual beings and when we identify with that more than the apparent imperfections of our bodies, we become the essence of what we truly are.
Instead of judging why others are better or worse off than you, why not just allow things to be what they are and work on allowing your greater good to come forth? Isn’t that much better than exalting yourself to judge, jury and executioner of what you believe is wrong with others? When you give up the yearning by your ego to control, dominate and manipulate reality to your own end is when you begin to allow that which is to be what it is and be satisfied in it.
Attaching your erroneous beliefs and reactive emotions to what you believe is wrong in life only compounds your perceived problems. Stop living outside of yourself and take residence within. It is peaceful, understanding, joyful and the seat of Divine love everlasting! Wouldn’t you rather live from there than in constant disarray, chaos and hatred? ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
HYPOCRISY?
I guess today is the day of me having to deal with judgments from people who seem to not have a clue what things mean or even care to know what they mean. In that light, I will clearly define what your accusations of me are and why they are way off base. First, hypocrisy means “a pretense of having a virtuous character, moral or religious beliefs or principles, etc., that one does not really possess [dictionary.com].”
Have I ever claimed that I was virtuous? Have I ever said that I believe I am better than anyone? Haven’t I spent a great deal of writing about how bogus some moral and religious beliefs are? Haven’t I repeatedly challenged erroneous behavioral principles, social mores and the acceptance of opinion without the testing of its veracity and validation of its occurrences? So, what you are saying, is that I don’t possess a ‘virtuous’ character because I am a hypocrite. Well, I am sure glad of that.
My character is not predicated on your erroneous assessment of me. As I have said time and time again, I am just a guy typing at a computer sharing the insights that have blessed me. If you so choose to read more into it than that, it is on you and you alone. In fact, I know I have maintained my integrity in all of my writings whether they ‘appear’ to be angry or not. Integrity is ”the adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty [dictionary.com].”
If I see, hear or read about something that takes away from life, repeatedly lies and hurts others, it is my moral and ethical obligation to identify it for what it is, For example, Donald Trump, Fox News and abusers of the truth in general. A soundness of moral character means that no matter what someone says or does to deny the truth, you stand up for the truth. Being honest requires keen observation, clarity of perception and discharging of erroneous beliefs in favor of the factual experiences of events, occurrences, situations, circumstances and the individual and combined behaviors of all.
That is what I strive to do each and every day on FB and if you don’t believe that is what I am doing, then go elsewhere where you can be comfortable in your mediocrity, safe in your comfort zone and secure with your erroneous beliefs. Do this; but don’t say that I am living in hypocrisy when I KNOW I am living in integrity. If you can’t see that, then do everyone a favor and stop trolling my threads with your emotional innuendos, non-factual opinions and over the top vitriol. I suggest you retire to your closet and GROW THE FUCK UP!
