What does it mean to let go? Let means to allow or permit to pass, go or come. Go means to move or proceed toward something or away from something. So letting go means that you allow something to move away from you or come to you. This means that when you let go of negativity you allow it to pass through you without attaching any emotions to it. At the same time, it means that you allow positivity to come to you simply by discharging the negativity.
Whatever emotion, feeling or belief that you identify as negative and allow it to pass through you, you are creating an energy space to receive its opposite state. Any polarized energy state of being has a frequency wave of both polar opposites that exist simultaneously. When you discharge one state you are allowing its opposite state to become more apparent to your consciousness. Looking at a wave of energy reveals that one extreme cannot exist without the other. They are inextricably tied to one another and their very existence is dependent upon one another.
When you focus on a desired result you are co-creating both states of resistance and allowance of your desire. It is in expecting the favorable unfolding of a positive result that co-creates the thought necessary to release the emotional fuel required to initiate that thought to be created. Feeling the subsequent emotional fuel in your body generates the attitude necessary to actualize the desire completely. Without the emotional fuel nothing ever gets created. The engine of creativity requires the body as a vehicle to feel the focused thought and ignite the emotional fuel to make the engine start and continue to run. This fuel is ignited by discharging the negative part of the wave and embracing the positive part completely.
The necessary thought or idea comes from learning about what you desire to do and what it takes to do it. The necessary emotional fuel gets ignited when you share your talents, skills and abilities with others in Divine service to life. Letting go of what you don’t need and keeping what you do to actualize your Divine purpose in Divine order is an effective application of one’s abilities between states of rest and activity. Pray for personal guidance; meditate to rest your mind and embrace your spirit; serve others by helping them to achieve their goals and dreams; and become fulfilled by sharing Divine love with all.
In essence, letting go means that you get rid of what you don’t need and allow what you do need to become apparent, focused and meaningful. Be that which you know you are more than what you believe you are and you will learn how to let go and be the perfection that the Divine created you to be. Be perfect. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

What is true joy? Is it a feeling of happiness AFTER you have gone through, experienced or accomplished something? Is it a fantasy state that allows you to believe that things are great when they aren’t? Or, is it the result of being in a state of ongoing peace that wells up from your spirit to create harmony as a result of perceiving acrimony in your life? Joy is defined as “the emotion, source or cause of great delight or happiness caused by something exceptionally good or satisfying; keen pleasure; elation; arising from something or someone greatly valued or appreciated; the expression or display of glad feelings; a state of happiness or felicity. The word “joy” originated from the Latin meaning ‘feeling pleasure and delight’ or ‘source of pleasure or happiness’; and before that it came from the Old French “joie” which meant “to rejoice” [dictionary.com].
Most of us look at joy as a result of some fortuitous event, occurrence, situation, circumstance or behavior of ourselves or others. But what about a feeling of joy BEFORE you experience the unfolding of your life from this point on? Some say that this is positive thinking and fantasy and that you are fooling yourself in order to not deal with things AS THEY ARE! What they don’t see is that things are as they are because of what you have thought and felt prior to this moment. Choosing to doubt your ability to change the state in which you are in NEVER allows you to move forward in joy. Choosing to worry about what appears to be happening NEVER allows you to move forward in joy.
Choosing to fear the future NEVER allows you to move forward in joy. Doubt, worry and fear keep you where you are and NEVER move you forward!!! Choose confidence in your inner spirit to unfold your Divine purpose in Divine order by allowing the still small voice of the Divine to guide your every step! Choose the certainty of fulfilling what you were created to be, do and have by allowing your Divine blessings to flow through you unfettered by any distractions! Choose the faith in your inner spirit to part and dissolve the apparent obstructions that you perceive may hinder your progress!
In other words, pivot doubt into confidence; worry into certainty; and fear into faith. This is what creates joy! Despite what appears to be happening always choose feeling the joy of an end result that edifies your being! Don’t fall into the trap of second guessing how your good will be delivered to you. It is NOT your job to criticize the warning signs but to OBEY them! When you get hung up on how things will unfold is where doubt, worry and fear creep in to negate your ongoing communication with your inner spirit. This channel of communication is pure and open.
Doubt, worry and fear clog up the drain with unnecessary feelings that take away from your joy. In order to feel joy we must rejoice in life no matter what happens. No matter what befalls us always look to the end result of living in ongoing joy. Your choice to live there brings about the changes necessary for you to continue to experience ongoing joy. Being perfect in spirit means that you choose joy over sorrow and misery; which come from you deciding that how your joy unfolds is NOT what you have desired it to be.
Stop telling the Divine HOW to unfold your life and joy will come because you have learned how to trust in that which has given you life and your Divine purpose. Choose being perfect from your spirit and allow that which IS perfect to flow through you into your life. Be perfect as the Divine is perfect! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

Suffering is a choice to allow that which you perceive as being detrimental to your existence as being the way it is and will always be.

A SERIOUS PROBLEM
When rhetoric, lies and innuendo cause people to emotionally react more than think we have a serious problem. Let’s take FBI Director Comey, for example. An investigation of HRC’s email server has turned up NOTHING!!! He gave his opinion as to how he thought she should have handled it and left the purview of his office by revealing his opinion. Any prosecutor worth their salt knows to NEVER reveal anything until an investigation is complete. Yet, one person after another who has pre-judged HRC follows the “Boy who cried wolf” DJT. Christ stated clearly that his judgment and our judgment must be just. What does that mean?
There are two forms of judgment according to Biblical scholars; hypocritical and prudent. Hypocritical judgment is the result of a fulfillment of agenda manifestation of someone who wants reality to align with their beliefs. Prudent judgment is a result of looking at the facts, discerning the implications of those facts and arriving at an accurate evaluation based on those facts and NOT the opinions of others who have an emotional stake in the game. I have seen one person after another talk about the new 650,000 emails found on the laptops of Huma Abiden and her ex-husband Anthony Weiner. Mika Brzezinski stated this morning on Morning Joe, “What is the Weiner angle?” Well, it’s either leaning to the left, leaning to the right or straight up the middle! In Comey’s case, it is definitely leaning to the right.
The Republican tide of criticism where Donald Trump claims that HRC ‘broke the law’ seems to distract too many people from the fact that DJT never paid contractors for his gaudy Taj Mahal in AC. He drove these people with families into receivership only to buy out their debt and own their companies AFTER all of the hard work they gave to build his ‘empire’. He is a PIECE OF SHIT and yet one moron after another gets behind him because they BELIEVE that having his money and power is what THEY want! In the same segment, Senator Claire McCaskill of Missouri stated a fact that no one else has even considered. If these emails on the laptops were soooooooo important, then why didn’t they contact Huma Abiden and Anthony Weiner during the course of their investigation in the earlier part of the year? Great question!
The facts are that the public or Director Comey don’t even know what is in those emails; yet he is in clear violation of the Hatch Act in releasing information that can be skewed to favor one candidate over another in a Presidential election cycle. Despite his supposed integrity as the Director of the FBI, he should step down and remove his agenda manifestation from the equation completely. And why isn’t he investigating DJT’s ties to the Kremlin? Doesn’t THAT seem a bit more important than emails that are no longer relevant? And what about investigating the 22 million emails that Bush and Cheney erased that could have revealed the fact that there were no WMD’s?
Logic cannot answer all of the questions. For example, when Sherlock Holmes entered a suspect’s home and discovered a burning cigarette with lipstick on it, he logically deduced that a woman was just there and left before he had arrived. However, what if the cigarette that had lipstick on it was left burning there to make Holmes ‘believe’ it was a woman, when in fact it was a man who had planted it there to appear as if a woman had been smoking it? Logic allows you to deduce and induce possibilities into probabilities but can be deceptive if one does not see the INTENTION of the individual(s) associated with the evidence that was either available or planted, then they can be deceived into ‘believing’ what is NOT the truth!
So, go ahead and act like a child emotionally reacting to every little bit of supposed evidence that comes down the pike in favor of whom you ‘believe’ is the better candidate. Do you want someone with a proven track record of health care for children and adults who has dedicated her life to helping others in her public service? Or do you want an egomaniacal bastard who takes advantage of others for his own self gain? If you choose the latter, then you have revealed not only how stupid you are, but how vain as well. Don’t preach to me about this and that when your ‘facts’ are like the fig tree that Christ cursed for NOT producing good fruit.
Opinions are NOT facts. They are subjective while facts are objective. Just like a puzzle whose picture comes into focus when most of the pieces are present, you must learn how to discern facts and NOT judge those who present those facts in accordance with their opinions and NOT what the actual evidence reveals! Using hypocritical judgment in place of prudent judgment is what causes most of the problems in our world. Until you jump off of the bandwagon of fear and loathing, you will continue on that road straight to hell! If you vote for DJT, may God have mercy on your putrid and selfish soul! Be perfect as the Divine is perfect and temper your judgment with a desire for the truth and not what ‘appears to be the truth!

GIVING GIFTS
The comedian Yakov Smirnoff says that we need to give gifts to one another in order to maintain caring relationships with others. He breaks down the term gifts into the following acronym:
Give – both people in a relationship need to give consistently to one another in order to maintain it.
Importance - the relationship must be of prime import to each other.
Fun – both people must have fun with each other.
Time – each person must consistently make the time to interact, grow and expand their relationship.
He repeatedly defines that happiness “is when your needs are met.” New mothers experience love when their brains produce and release the attachment hormone ‘oxytosin’. When a woman sleeps 90% of her brain is still awake because of the electro-chemical processes in her brain that allows her to hear a crying baby. When a man sleeps, only 30% of his brain is still awake.
According to many studies over the years the difference between men and women can be analyzed and categorized into general camps. Women NEED to be loved for WHO they are and men need to be admired for WHAT they do in order to feel happy.
Women have three paramount needs in experiencing happiness:
1. Affection that is consistent in their relationships.
2. Conversation that is ongoing in their relationships.
3. Family commitment in their relationships.
Men have three paramount needs in experiencing happiness:
1. Physical intimacy that is consistent in their relationships.
2. Admiration for what they have done in their relationships.
3. Recreational companions that work and play with them in their relationships.
Both women and men are so complex that all that is stated above are just general categories of needs that bring about happiness. These needs are fundamental to creating peaceful states of mind and heart where the individual feels the joy of being alive and validated. Giving the ‘gifts’ of Divine love consistently are what brings about happiness. If you do not give or receive what the other person needs to feel fulfilled, then either learn how to give AND receive them or move on. Too many people hang onto what they ‘believe’ makes them happy instead of knowing what actually does make them happy.
Want a great relationship where you can give and receive love without attachment to erroneous beliefs that have been programmed into your subconscious mind? Then start giving and receiving the gifts of love that are already within us and surround us. Be perfect as the Divine within you is perfect! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
WHAT IS A BULLY?
What is a bully? It is “a blustering, quarrelsome, overbearing person who habitually badgers and intimidates smaller or weaker people” [dictionary.com]. Now, some claim that HRC is a bully when in fact the definition more accurately describes the character and behavior of DJT. A bully operates by generating fear in those who either don’t have the time, energy or proclivity to educate themselves in understanding their own personal power or who live in fear because they have been taught that is how things are.
Some recent social polls have revealed that 52% of people 20 years ago ‘trusted’ their neighbors. It is now 32% that feel that way. Could it be that the constant and never ending barrage of fear from bullies have altered the tide of ‘trust’ and have instilled more fear into our constituency? Are we on the path to xenophobia, isolationism and fascism? Could it be that the message of DJT is contrived to feed the fears of our citizens in order to gain a foothold on their beliefs?
Another bully is Mitch McConnell. This turtle faced wimp exercises his ‘power’ over others to obstruct progress. The Senate Leader has not brought the confirmation hearings to the floor of Obama’s appointee Merrick Garland because of sheer partisanship. He now claims that the Senate will not proceed in the lame duck session to confirm him if HRC is elected and will continue to do that for the next fou removr years! He is guilty of TREASON and should removed by the American people for exercising fascism on the rest of us.
Get these Republican bastards out of office and let’s move boldly and progressively into the future together!!! Stop listening to the projected fear of bullies with an agenda to manifest more fear and loathing. Stop them dead in their tracks by voting them out of office!!! In early October I decided to make a Thanksgiving placard that educates and amplifies our relationship with the indigenous peoples of this country. My intention was to bring attention to the fact that these people ARE the people of God. Yet, after posting teaser pictures to lead up to the revealing of the placard, I was attacked by someone who was ‘offended’ by my post of me in a headdress. Following is the thread. Not only do these people act like children on a playground, they attacked me as if I had attacked them with my placard. I told them it was an attempt at being humorous by including my face photoshopped in a headdress and a pilgrim’s hat. These ‘children’, and I emphasize children, were so self-absorbed that they tried to tell me that I know nothing of ‘their’ experiences.
I was fortunate enough back in 1978 to spend some time on the Hopi Indian Reservation. They welcomed my wife (at that time) and me into their homes and turquoise jewelry businesses. We spent several nights in their meager homes and ate their food. They were so loving and kind that I have spent many hours of my life writing about how much the Indians have been screwed over by our government. Yet, despite my dedication to the plight of the Indian people, I have been attacked by some of them and their proponents as being an ‘asshat’.
This proves that no matter what group of people you deal with there will always be those who think that everyone is against them. People like this are not only despicable, but reprehensible as well. I extended myself to this person by apologizing to her if I offended her even though that was NOT my intent. My intent was to draw attention to their plight and correctly identify why they were called ‘en dios’ by Columbus which became “Indians’. There was NO country called India during that time; the country we call India today was Hindustan.
I wish these people with a chip on their shoulder peace and harmony in their lives. No matter how much they chastise me for something I did not intend, I will not back down to their childish display of ‘poor little ole’ me’ because they BELIEVE I insulted and offended them. CAN'T BE HACKED
A friend of mine here on FB claims that the government servers can't be hacked. WTF??? They were!!! The State Department servers were hacked and NOT HRC's server. Check it out yourself! I will NOT do the work for you. Be responsible for knowing the truth and not parroting the opinions of those with manifest agendas!
I am well schooled in IT security and from that background I know just how emails can be hacked. A server log is kept by default and anyone who knows how to read it can see the facts of who attempted a hack and who successfully or unsuccessfully completed a hack.
I've lived long enough to know that WikiLeaks is a crock. They claim to have captured emails and could have well doctored them and no one knows whether they did or not. Fruit that is stolen might taste good at the moment but also might upset your stomach later on. Trusting in anyone who steals information means that you trust a thief who has stolen and not the facts as they are.
Testing the veracity and validating the occurrences brings you closer to the truth but no one can never know the intent of those who reveal the facts. That's why our social contract provides verification of the facts in order to arrive at an informed opinion. I will not trust anything a thief says because if they steal what belongs to others they will steal the truth to manifest their own agenda.

When lies become the perceived truth we are all at a disadvantage. A public servant of 30 years who dedicated her life to helping others has lost because of the Conservative Republican takedown of innuendo and falsehoods. Not voting for HRC would be voting for Trump who would escalate wars and diminish individual rights of citizens. Trump is a puppet of the financial masters and will do whatever it takes to make a profit off of the backs of others. When your vote is wasted on someone who doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of being elected, you are, in effect, voting for the candidate that will bring our country down into more recession AND more wars.

OUR MUTUAL SAFETY
What do you think we should do when it comes to securing our mutual safety? Ramp up our military presence and neglect our infrastructure maintenance at home? Or, do nothing at all?
We should protect ourselves and stop financially raping our citizens while we partner with regimes to rape the earth of the vast mineral resources in Afghanistan and the vast petroleum resources in the Middle East. It's all about who controls the flow of natural resources and if we don't establish a presence we will be behind the eight ball and MORE wars will be created.
History demonstrates this completely. Those who control the flow of resources must maintain that control and that's why wars are created. If we become xenophobic, we are not being smart at all! In the real world the possibility of attack on us is real. We need to take care of our problems at home while ensuring the flow of worldly resources to fuel our economy. THE ELECTION
Oh well, despite the ongoing discourse concerning the election tomorrow, I have been chastised by some as being too partisan, too critical and NOT spiritual. My experience in life has been diverse and great. I have had the privilege of a great education; that should in fact be a right more than a privilege. I have been blessed with 6 children and 10 grandchildren. I have been in and out of relationships all of my life for one reason or another; some that I contributed to because of my lack of wisdom and some that attacked me because my intent was not clear to them.
I have actualized several of my dreams and still move toward those dreams that haven’t yet been manifested. One thing that I know for sure; if you violate spiritual law you will reap the consequences. Raised in a Republican family, I have been researching and investigating the government, political parties and corporate interests for over 40 years. My conclusions are dynamic yet focused on those who violate spiritual law and human law. Trump has consistently done both. If you have served the public well that is not a reason for you not to serve yourself and your family well. Clinton has weathered the storm of ridicule, adultery and the absolute worst, EMAILS!
Yet, more and more people with a personal manifest agenda of putting someone down without the evidence to back it up come out of their insecure closet of hate, derision and separation. The bottom line is this: If you violate the spiritual laws that unite us, you are separating yourself from the collective whole of those who truly desire to make this planet “Heaven on Earth.” You are making your selfish ego more important than the Spirit of God. You are becoming judge, jury and executioner over others and adopting Fascism.
Crimes are the result of individual erroneous beliefs that if you perform the crime, it will somehow make your feel better about yourself. When you elevate your ego to a position of power you are controlling, dominating and manipulating the mutual perceptions of reality to favor what you believe MORE than what you know. In essence, you are fooling yourself in order to maintain your mediocrity in your comfort zone.
Until you observe the facts as they are, test their veracity, validate their occurrences and then form an informed opinion, you are NOT performing your due diligence to the truth. You are selfishly parroting what you believe is true and NOT what is actually true. You are deceiving yourself and others because you want the emotional satisfaction of being right despite hard evidence to the contrary. You are thinking, feeling, believing, speaking, acting out and behaving to support what you believe more than allowing what you know to guide you.
Go within and be fair to yourself and others by seeing things as they are and NOT what you want them to be. When you color reality with your beliefs you are hurting yourself and others with the tainted evidence dressed in your beliefs. Get off of your high horse and come down to the real world where shared truth is paramount and bullshit is flushed down the toilet. Investigation is what someone does to discover the facts. Research is what someone does to collate, analyze and weigh the facts. Awareness is what someone has when they seek the truth more than parroting opinions. It doesn’t matter what degrees you hang on your walls, what worldly experience you have acquired and how many people believe what you believe. The bottom line is this: If you don’t perform your due diligence in discovering the truth you have sold yourself and others short of the truth.
In order to know the truth you must listen to the still small voice of the Divine within. If that voice tells you anything that violate the growth, expansion and the sharing of Divine love with others it is NOT from the Divine but from your selfish ego deceiving you into believing instead of knowing.

Being spiritual means being truthful despite the ignorance of those who believe they are truthful, righteous and just. Whether you voted for Trump, voted 3rd party or didn’t vote at all you voted for Trump. Please do us both a favor and defriend me. If you are not educated in history, then how would you know what has happened and what we have dealt with in the past? Education is NOT just the formal education we receive in school and college. Wisdom teaches us that patterns of behavior are inherent to different people at different stages of their lives and that they lean on their beliefs more than the facts in what appears to be crisis situations.

Reflecting on what just happened in our national election, it seems that too many children coming of age have not been educated in history and the ways of the world. Not sharing your talents, skills and abilities with others in your communities isolates you from reality and amplifies ego. When younger people are too self-absorbed they put too much focus on what they want instead of what they need.

She has enough success and money to say what she wants to say but is NOT taking the everyday person into account who does not have enough money to pay their bills and needs assistance because most of our jobs have been shipped overseas to appease the elite.
The Plutocrats love her because in her fervor to ‘vote her conscience’, she actually contributed to the election of a FASCIST to be president.
So, what will happen when Der Führer takes office? The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) will be decimated. Medicare and Social Security will be gutted. The Environmental Protection Agency will be dismantled and clean air, water and land will NOT be monitored to stop greedy companies from raping it. Women’s health care will be dismissed when Planned Parenthood’s funding is cut.
Thousands of acres of federal land will be sold to unscrupulous corporations for them to develop their ‘projects’ and drive indigenous peoples and animals into being homeless. These are the results of voting for Trump! These are the results of voting your conscience! These are the results of not voting! These are the results of allowing low information non-educated voters to vote with their emotions instead of utilizing intelligence that recognizes CONSEQUENCES for your actions!
This is what happens when education in school and life is ignored, rejected or categorically dismissed. So, go ahead and call me an asshole for stating the truth.
