People tell me that I'm a charismatic speaker. I truly enjoy speaking to large and small groups on a wide range of subjects. I taught management concepts and skills to business leaders for many years. After nineteen years with a major corporation, I left my management position to pursue public service and spiritual teaching.
My quest for spiritual insight spans more than 30 years. In 1982, I formed a non-profit organization with a single purpose – to share the Seventh Major Understanding. This group gathered monthly, and I delivered presentations about Seventh Major Understanding concepts. This message consists of a wide range of new thought topics and goes beyond the influence of Eastern religion on Western spirituality.
The Seventh Major Understanding is a metaphysical and spiritual philosophy taught by Joshua, a non-corporeal entity that I began channeling in 1980. The message of awakening includes the knowledge that we create our own reality, and the mechanics of this go beyond the law of attraction. Furthermore, the Seventh Major Understanding provides an insightful examination of this eternal moment of now. It offers thoughts about our consciousness in multiple dimensions and our eternal and infinite place in the cosmos.
I delivered workshops designed to give participants a deeper grasp of specific portions of the Seventh Major Understanding. I was easily able to leverage the skills gathered as a trainer in the business arena and apply them to my interactive seminars.
I'm extraordinarily aware of energies that surround all things. In addition, I'm keenly interested in human potential and growth. I hold a strong belief in our unlimited capability.
Throughout this adventure of life, I continue my diligent quest for spiritual insight. I am an eternal student, and I gladly share what I’m learning."

The most you can ever do is your best. Your best depends on your sincerity, attitude and following through. If you are sincere and don’t have the attitude to make the steps to follow through, then your sincerity is for the benefit of others only. If your sincerity drives you to maintain an attitude to follow through then it not only benefits others, but yourself as well. If your attitude is based on reacting to things instead of proacting to things then you will find it difficult to follow through on giving your best. Following through comes from your initial sincerity, a proactive attitude and a desire to give your best. When you choose to take shortcuts along the way is when you ‘drop the ball’. Be completely sincere, develop a winning attitude for all involved and follow through with the actions and behaviors necessary to display your best. The Greatest Freedom
Knowing that the Spirit of God is within me is the greatest freedom I can experience. Unlike the movie, “The Matrix”, it is a matter of perception AND knowing. The Matrix was a contrived story about how the perceived dualistic reality can be altered through the extrapolation of convoluted information in order to create a replica of our perceptions that was convincing enough that we would accept them as reality. Being ONE with Divine Creator allows us to go beyond any of the supposed perceptions that APPEAR to be real. It is our destiny ONLY when we allow it to be. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
