First, when ego feels it is more worthy than anyone else it will take potshots at establishing its superiority. Ego only cares about self-survival and it feels that to ensure this it must establish control of its perceived territory, dominate the conversations and relationships and manipulate the expressions of others to suit its own ends.
If you pay too much attention to their diatribe it is actually ‘feeding the beast’. Notice how the conversations will always be steered back to their contribution as being more important than others. Watch them when the conversations turn to areas that don’t concern them. Their body language will reveal their pettiness.
This person sounds insecure concerning their social skills and probably feels because of their education they should be revered more by the boss and when attention switches to others it unnerves them. When they act out others behaviors they are seeking attention for their supposed understanding of the person they are emulating.
Validate this person as having value to the company but that includes getting along with others appropriately. When they act out of line play dumb and give them the ‘look’ of disapproval. This will temporarily check their behavior; however, they will come back even stronger. Laugh it off as if it really doesn’t matter and watch their reactions.
Don’t try tolerating their behavior because the subliminal message you will end up projecting is that you feel you are better than them and this is counterproductive. When you overtly ignore their escalating mannerisms toward others they will take it as a sign of approval.
At this point, take them into your office and validate their skills and abilities and the value they present to the company. Show them that we all have areas of specialty and that getting along with others in a work environment is of paramount concern to you.
Be honest and tell them that their arrogance and superior attitude is great for moving the company forward but counterproductive in the social setting of the workplace. Challenge them to work alongside of others with support and encouragement instead of demonstrating an air of superiority. Also, tell them that you don’t think it’s appropriate to mock others behaviors and mannerisms.
If they reveal that something is personally going on in their lives show them support and encouragement but advise them that aberrant behaviors as a result of those challenges have no place in the workplace. Of course, tell them this in private or even go to lunch with them and explain what kind of work environment you want to daily experience and what you don’t want as well.
If they choose to leave their job because their ego is too devastated, encourage them to stay and change their workplace behaviors. Be proactive in dealing with their ego and not reactive to the situation they have created. If they are truly valuable to your company, they will make the effort to get along with others.
Don’t allow them to turn your argument around and put the blame on you or anyone else. Tell them that that isn’t taking responsibility for their behaviors. I hope this has helped. Peace and blessings to you and your family! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
Whenever emotional trauma has been inflicted upon someone is where they will 'get stuck' at emotionally; or revert to that 'age' or 'period of time' in what is perceived as being threatening to their self-survival. If she is responding in an adolescent fashion she is feeling threatened.
Use these moments to ensure that she is part of the team but needs to develop and integrate her social skills and behave more appropriately. It is not an either-or, but a level of understanding where the respect that she shows for others will be reciprocated; this is what leaders do.
Demanding respect is very different from commanding it, as you well know. What she resists, pushes against and fights will keep coming back at her until she meets it with understanding, compassion and respect for others.
If she cannot reach this level of social integration at this time, then perhaps it is time for her to move on until she learns those lessons. All of you have to enter the work environment every day and deserve to be able to interact as adults and accomplish the company's goals without feeling badgered and disrespected. It is a difficult situation at best.
However, if after you attempts to resolve the ongoing situation have not yielded favorable results, you have a duty to yourself and everyone else to maintain a healthy work environment and if that requires that she leave that environment, then so be it. Peace and much success. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

OUT OF OPTIONS
When it seems that you have run out of options is the time to let go of the problem that has been creating those options. In the act of letting go that which is creating solutions from which you have to choose which way to proceed, creates an opportunity for the best solution to arrive from the omniverse.
When you hold on to the problem and become confused by the multiple ways to of handling the problem it doesn’t allow the solutions to become manifest. Letting go of what you don’t understand creates a hole with which the omniverse will fill with what is best for you in Divine order.
It comes from trusting so much in the Divine that despite all of your trepidations, you choose to let go of the problem and possible solutions in order to be guided into what is best for you. The path to peace and fulfillment is an illusion.

THE LANGUAGE
OF THE PLANTS
I learned something truly interesting last night. On the Morgan Freeman production of “Through The Wormhole” he was discussing how plants have intelligence different from us and that they communicate through chemical scents. When certain plants ‘sense’ a predator such as a caterpillar who can feast on their substance, they will emit a certain odor that attracts wasps, which in turn will sting and eat the caterpillar.
It reminded me of our human egos. When we ‘sense’ people that appear to be predators to our way of life we emit certain thoughts and emotions (that are chemically based) that attract events, occurrences, situations, circumstances and people who will ‘sting and eat’ our perceived predators. Perhaps we emit an imperceptible ‘odor’ that others can subliminally understand?
All life, in essence, is chemically based and exists through ongoing chemical exchanges. Yes, we are ‘different’ from the plant community but we ‘react’ to what we perceive as threatening much in the same manner. Our egos promote our self-survival at all costs and will create the experiences that are necessary to bring about our safety and security.
This may be the reason we have an ongoing symbiotic relationship with the plant community. We might not understand the sub modalities of this relationship, yet most of us react on many levels from sustenance to admiration of the life and existence of the plants. This could be the basis of our gardening and nurturing desire to ‘plant’ life and marvel at its growth and expansion. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

When you live in guilt you'll always 'have a cross to bear'. As Yeshua said, "Go, and sin no more."

How do you do this? You let go of everything that you believe in and allow what the Divine knows to guide your steps to fulfillment. Too simple? That’s why you cannot do it!

EBOOKS
STAND TALL
Stand tall despite the attacks some may levy on you. Stand tall in the Spirit of God and live by the truth despite what the attackers may do.
Their attacks are from their egos trying to prove that they are in the right regardless of the truth.
It is the only way they believe they can exist; by convincing others that you are in the wrong. In their quest to gain allies to ‘prove’ their point they are diminishing their argument.
Truth does not exist in how many believe something, but in exactly what happened. Don’t resist the flow of Divine order but simply allow it to unfold perfectly as it should be.

CENTERED IN LOVE
On the day you realize that you were created from love, exist in love and are love, is the day that you understand and respect the Divine within.
You are the co-creator of the expression of Divine love and when you focus your time and energy on expressing the yearnings and demands of your ego in favor of expressing Divine love, you are not living in Divine truth.

DOOR TO WISDOM
If the door to wisdom is knowing yourself, then which self are you knowing? The lower ego self or the higher Divine SELF? When you ‘know’ that your ego operates on what you accept as true and believe, you have the awareness that your higher SELF operates on what it KNOWS.
You can differentiate between what you believe is happening and what you KNOW is happening. Going within everyday and dipping in the well of inner divinity brings ‘knowing’ into your existence and teaches you that ‘believing’ is not always the truth of reality.
Know that which you are and believe not all that your senses reveal; for it is in what you ‘know’ that becomes reality and in what you ‘believe’ that becomes your perception of reality. Be ye therefore perfect! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
ELITISM
When the 'elite' class begins to respect the middle class for its labors they will start to see that we all need each other to drive, survive and thrive!
Until then, they will feel entitled to what they have and that the rest of us are just pawns on their chess boards. There is not one person alive that has no value.

GETTING WHAT?
The only thing better than getting what you want is getting what you need and what you deeply desire. If you always get what you want you will begin to feel entitled to all that you receive.
If you forgo your temporary and immediate wants in favor of what you need and what you desire deep in your heart, you’re allowing Divine love to work through you blessing you in Divine order.
Expect your deepest heartfelt desires to unfold and you will be blessed in the flow of Divine order with health, wealth, prosperity and abundance.

THE MARKETING OF
SPIRITUALITY
Living in health, wealth, prosperity and abundance is the best marketing of spirituality because it demonstrates the eternal connection between spirit and the manifestation of spirit.
The marketing of 'spiritual techniques' or 'ways to open up to the spirit" are necessary for those who are neophytes and 'learning' of their 'newly found' spiritual connection; however, books and seminars are there to guide one to ultimately learn the processes by which they can maintain their spiritual 'connection' but are not the goal of developing that connection.
You cannot outline and map out steps to peace without an understanding of being immersed in it; and that in of and as itself, it is the goal of truly being spiritual. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
THE GIFTS OF SPIRIT
A life that is not lived from the gifts of spirit is a life that merely exists without purpose. Let go of your mediocre existence riveted by fear and allow your true expression of divinity to give you eternal life here and now.
Be that which the spirit has created you to be and the perception of the bounty of the omniverse will sustain you and nurture your growth and expansion.
You don’t have to take two steps backward for every one step forward when you align yourself with the giving of Divine love into all of life here and now. Be ye therefore PERFECT! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
Don’t feel it is honorable and responsible to hold on to or own the stresses in your life and act as if you have them because you committed some past behavior that inflicted them on you as punishment for some perceived aberrant behavior you have displayed. The longer you identify with and embrace negativity because you feel it is a just and deserved punishment for aberrant behavior is the longer you will be living in fear. Let go of what you perceive is holding you back and watch the flow of Divine love ease your fears, center your being and manifest your deepest heartfelt desires.
There is no honor or responsibility in living in ongoing stress. It is simply a choice that we make when we believe we are getting our ‘just desserts’. Stop believing in that which does not advance our Divine purposes being unfolded in Divine order. Start trusting completely in the Divine to touch you with peace by letting go of all perceptions of Divine retribution and punishment for your perceived ‘sins’.
If God is truly a God of love, then why would you be punished for that which you believed was right? You received the stresses of the perception of being punished for aberrant behavior simply because you were operating out of belief and not truly knowing the essence of the Spirit of God. It is in your erroneous beliefs of whom and what God is that you choose to move ahead or go backward in the face of crises.
Disliking or hating what happens to you is broadcasting negative energy into your environment. It is, in essence, sending out the wrong signal that will be reflected back to you based on your emotional intensity. Focusing on what has happened to you and how it happened is alright in analyzing your reactive behaviors; however, if you dwell on these experiences too long you are causing your own undoing by living in the past. You come to resist what has happened instead of allowing it to be what it is.
When you choose to love what you hate you have committed a reversal from resisting to allowing. You have given love instead of reacting in fear. You have chosen to act from your inner divinity instead of your selfish ego. Love what you feel is wrong and the solution to its undoing will become readily apparent because you are allowing the understanding of why it exists to begin with and how it can be diminished to become obvious.
Accept what is true and allow it to be. Reject what is not true and don’t resist its occurrence; love its existence and work toward the understanding of undoing what it has wrought to inspire all to live in the truth regardless of the aberrance of others. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
When you feel you are the farthest from the truth it is in reality that you are closest. How can this be? Isn’t this a paradox? Not quite. You see, in your perception of being far away lies the opposite dynamic state of being very close.
The omniverse is expressed in waves which incorporate crests and troughs inextricably tied to one another. They exist as polar opposites but do not exist without each other. What is projected from what appears close is reflected from the farthest point, and what is appears to be reflected from the farthest point is projected from what appears to be close.
The appearance of everything that exists in the perceived dualistic reality is only known to us by the generated electrical copies we perceive as reality in our brains. When we close off our perceptions in the outer world and go deep within our beings we ‘escape’ from our brains producing copies of reality and we experience our inner reality as our deepest inner truth.
The key is that what you feel is a result of what you observe being compared to what you have previously learned. Your beliefs come from repeated thoughts that you have harbored from the experiences you have lived. When your perception of reality contrasts with what you believe your ego follows your beliefs over reality. It does this to protect you, ensure your safety and keep you in your comfort zone.
When you go deep within in meditation you transcend what your senses reveal and align yourself with your Divine inner peace. Deep within you is a place of no fear, no Satanic influence, no derision, no hatred, no anger and only Divine love.
No matter what anyone or any book that espouses Literary Authoritarianism tries to tell you about going within and being peaceful in union with the Divine, reject it outright. It is nothing but those who don’t understand the truth of the Spirit of God trying to convince you that God is outside of you and NOT deep within you.
Why would they do this? Because if you know God is within you they have no purpose in your life to suck the life out of you by being your middleperson between you and God. It is a scam of omniversal proportion to distract you from the truth and validate their existence.
Live from the Spirit of God within and don’t listen to those who don’t have a clue of the truth in the existence of the Spirit of God within. If anything is truly ‘Satanic’, it is the belief that you are separate from God and not one with the Divine. Be an adult and lead by the truth instead of being a child that follows in fear. ~Dean A. GRATEFUL
What are the benefits of living in a state of being grateful? Are these benefits just abstracts that we ‘believe’ exist, or are they archetypes of possibility recognition and probability manifestation?
Being grateful allows us to ‘stretch’ out of our comfort zones and experience something beyond and greater than ourselves. It allows us to integrate with our environment and realize that we are inextricably tied to it and that we are an extension of it.
As a result, we learn how to benefit from an ongoing state of health, develop experiences of interpersonal wealth, live each day in ongoing prosperity and experience Divine abundance.
We learn to live in peace, understanding, joy and Divine love. Being grateful is the key that opens the door to complete fulfillment. It only works if you use it every day! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
CONSCIOUS CHRISTIANS
Conscious Christians never seem to learn that as long as they look outside of themselves for what can only be found inside, they will keep repeating their story to reassure themselves of its validity.
Truth has a way of disturbing their 'story' of salvation. Living from a collection of 'books' written over a millennia ago seems quite childish at best. They need to realize that it's time to grow up!
Be an adult and live for the truth and not some childish story that was perceived to be needed ‘at that time’ in order to corral the masses.

DRIVING TO ACTION
Whichever way you are leaning, to the left or to the right, you must realize that you are leaning that way because your ego is driving you to take action on your moral convictions to impose them on others. It is not about finding middle ground and compromise with other viewpoints but solely about what you ‘believe’ is correct and not what we all ‘know’ is correct.
Allowing the Spirit of God to guide you means walking down the center path and observing all of the extremes; knowing that they are there to diversify action and believing that they are there to unify direction.
Effectively participating in life truly means that we take what the Divine has given us and make a better world for all of us to live in and in which to maintain peace for all. Be focused on what is real by knowing the spirit and not in believing what the ego says is more important.
In order to live in unity with our expressions of diversity we must trust in the Spirit of God more than our selfish egos; it is that simple! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
BOTH SIDES
If both sides of the aisle are violating the laws to 'prevent' possible terrorism, then the terrorists have accomplished what they set out to do; keep us living in fear of what they 'might' do. Some people have taken a stand for all of us to see what our government is capable of and what they are doing behind our backs.
When the claim for transparency is backed up with clandestine agenda manifestation, then the claim is false and our freedoms are threatened. What some do is 'wrong' but why they did it was 'right'. How can this be?
As long as our system is based on reward and punishment we will NEVER see the greater picture. Pray for this man and thank him for what he did to make us aware of what is going on. Peace. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
IS FEAR YOUR GUIDE?
As long as fear is your guide you will be like a pinball bouncing off of one bumper after another until you slide down the chute into oblivion.
Feeling the fear and converting the emotional intensity behind it into faith will allow you to anticipate just where the next bumper will throw you and develop trust in the Divine to place you on the path you need to be.
Quit flipping the flippers in fear and trust in the ‘Divine bounce’ to hit the jackpot of unfolding your Divine purpose in Divine order.

FINANCIAL SLAVES
The elite already look at the middle class as financial slaves because of all of the credit that was extended to everyone over the past 50 years that is owed to them. We will not defeat them by war and fighting.
We will defeat their greed by loving one another and supporting one another. There are more of us than them! Shop at a local store not a corporate one. Contribute to your community by helping those less blessed than you.
Do what they never think of doing and they will learn that they will need to do it in order to survive. When we ignore them and their overt manipulation of us they will have to pay attention.
The only problem in this is in convincing the middle class to stick together and trust one another until they fall to their knees seeking forgiveness. It will happen. I pray we all live to see it. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

Being on top of the world actually means to be experiencing life from a Divine perspective; being able to sense beyond what impedes our perceptions and coming to know who we need to interact with, what we need to do with them, where we need to do it, how we need to act, when we need to do it and ultimately, why we are doing it.
Divine guidance is only revealed to those who actively look for its guidance. How do we find it? By going deep within every day and listening to the still small voice of the Divine. Omniversal timing is the result of listening intently upon the Divine heart of the omniverse.

THE WAY WE FEEL
How did you feel this morning when you woke up? Were you in pain? Were you restless from a sporadic sleep cycle? Or were you joyous and thankful that you woke up? How we feel every morning sets the tone for our day; in fact, the very tone of our lives. What is the ‘tone’ of our lives? In music, a tone is any sound considered with reference to its quality, pitch, strength or source [dictionary.com]. In other words, the tones of our lives are referenced by the events, occurrences, situations, circumstances and the reactions we have to the behaviors of others.
Our interactions in our environment are more like another musical term; the timbre (pronounced tam-ber). The timbre is the characteristic quality of a sound, independent of pitch and loudness, from which its source or manner of production can be inferred. Timbre depends on the relative strengths of the components of different frequencies, which are determined by resonance [dictionary.com]. And what is resonance? In physics, resonance is the state of a system in which an abnormally large vibration is produced in response to an external stimulus, occurring when the frequency of the stimulus is the same, or nearly the same, as the natural vibration frequency of the system [dictionary.com].
Now, what does all of this mean and what does it have to do with our feelings? It’s very simple. In Astrophysics, modern theories of solar system formation state that congealed gas particles lay dormant in space until some catastrophic event occurs; a supernova. The resultant shock wave fuses the gas particles together to further clump the gas particles together and start generating its own gravity. But how did these gas particles start clumping in the first place? Gravity wasn’t affecting their initial formation? It is theorized that electrostatic charges brought the ‘like’ particles of gas together and start the process of ‘clumping’ before gravity ever had an effect at all. But where do these electrostatic charges come from?
It is relegated to the unseen attractive force of ‘dark matter’. This is matter that is called ‘dark’ because we cannot sense or measure it; however it has gravitational attractive forces that clump matter together like a scaffolding system in the construction of a building. The unseen and unsensed ‘forces’ are responsible for bringing like particles together. What forces do we as humans ‘project’ to attract and clump like occurrences together? What forces do we as humans ‘reflect’ to repel and break up like occurrences from clumping together? It turns out that dark matter, the attractive ‘clumping’ force of the omniverse exists with an opposite force of ‘dark energy’ that repels the formation of the creative congealing factors. In our existence, 5% of the omniverse is energy and matter (matter being a denser ‘congealed’ form of energy vibrating at a lower frequency). 23% of the entire omniverse is dark matter and 72% is dark energy.
As you can see, the repelling ‘dominant’ force of the omniverse is dark energy. It is the violence of chaos of the natural order that destroys what is there in order to create a new paradigm more refined and of a higher order. That’s how we came into creation. The destruction of a star experiencing a supernova was the ‘spark’ that formed the solar system and the earth upon which we now live. We ‘came’ into creation from violence in order to ‘understand’ ourselves by looking back at how we were created and learn from this process to become a ‘higher order’ of being. The gift we have been given is in understanding and utilizing our feelings to guide us into a greater understanding of what we need to do to ‘listen’ to the subtle energies within that will guide us in the ever present river of Divine order.
Divine order is the creative force that manipulates natural order simply by projecting our feelings upon the stage of creation. How we feel is our point of ‘attraction’ that attract like situations to occur in the creative process. It is our internal creative power of ‘clumping’ that co-creates reality according to how we feel. Our feelings are an emotive force that generate a polarization in Divine order to attract ‘like’ events, occurrences, situations, circumstances and people that reinforce our ‘point of attraction’. If we feel despondent, unworthy or angry, we will attract more of the same. If we feel happy, fulfilled and loving, we will attract more of the same. This is omniversal law. Our behaviors in the omniverse ARE modeled after the physics of the viewable and ‘sensed’ universe.
The omniverse is the entire viewed universe and the unsensed levels of that universe combined into a multiverse model that expresses itself in an understanding of the ‘all’ of existence. Do you understand what is going on in your life right now? Then you will be guided to your clarity of purpose. Are you feeling healthy? Then you will be guided to ways of maintaining your health? Are you feeling you aren’t wealthy? Then you will be guided to ways of being in an ongoing state of wealth generation? Are you feeling prosperous? Then you will be guided to ways of creating prosperity. Are you feeling abundant? Then you will be guided to an understanding that this omniverse is a cornucopia of energies at your disposal to co-create the life you desire when you expect the ‘like’ state to occur.
The energies seen and unseen are ever present. The existence of the physical reality seen and unseen is ever present. Your job as a co-creator is to take what has already been created in the state of raw materials and rearrange it into a usable form that brings about peace, joy, understanding and Divine love into your life. You do this by being aware of your feelings and adjusting them to co-create your experience of reality by expecting them to happen beneficially for you. This repeated process brings you into a state of ongoing allowance where you ‘automatically’ co-create your reality from your experience of ongoing fulfillment. What you receive creates more of what you give; and giving more of what you receive creates more of what you receive.
Feel your way through life by being guided by the still small voice of silence from the Creator. Use your feelings to project what you desire and expect them to happen. Allow the Divine to fulfill your Divine purpose in Divine order by sensing your ‘entire’ environment, feeling Divine presence and allowing it to guide you, knowing that the Divine is bringing about what you were created to be and being ‘joyful’ with what you were created to be. The expression of the feeling of joy brings about more of the same and isn’t ongoing joy what we all want to experience?
