Knowledge of the Divine begins by living in awe of the omniverse. The majesty, wonder and precision of the perceived dualistic reality is on display for us to learn and co-create our Divine purposes in Divine order. Those who refuse the instruction of the celestial stage are foolish and despise the wisdom it relays.
The Spirit of God within guides us to a deeper understanding of the world around us. As the play of life unfolds on the celestial stage we learn from our interactions with others. The lessons we learn from life adorn us with the pearls of wisdom and bind us to the realization of our entire beings.
When others try to convince us of their reality we must hold fast to what the Divine has revealed to us within our hearts. Do not listen to those who say they are following ‘the way’ for it is their egos that are fooling them and leading them to the death of their awareness of the spirit within.
When the ego exalts itself it has to convince others that it has the way to becoming great. It strives for safety in numbers and leads others astray in order to glorify itself. Stay off of the ego’s path to destruction and open your heart to the Spirit of God within you.
The more the ego succeeds and feels that it ‘gets away with’ the greedier it becomes until it consumes our lives completely. Every day we can put our egos in their place by allowing Divine guidance to unfold our Divine purposes in Divine order.

BAD, BAD EGO!
Too many spiritual people constantly preach that we must get rid of the ego. They say the ego is ‘bad’ and the spirit is ’good’. The idea of embracing true spirituality is NOT to get rid of the ego, just to put it in its place.
The ego is responsible for our individual self-survival at all costs and when taken to the extreme becomes selfish and greedy. It progresses into looking at itself as the source of all its good. It has a job to do and it was created by the Divine for a purpose.
Use it wisely by balancing its desires with the Divine desires that are planted in your heart. You will have attained this balance when you integrate your talents, skills and abilities to contribute to the growth and expansion of others as well as yourself.
Be a co-creator of health, wealth, prosperity and abundance for all and you will live in joy, peace, understanding and Divine love. It’s all in how you balance the gifts you have been so graciously given. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
Stop endorsing and supporting what is killing you. Stop being compelled to purchase products and services because they are convenient, fast or the ‘only one around’.

Stop believing the bullshit of corporate food chains! It is not the healthcare law that’s the problem; it is the incessant greed of these companies who sell JUNK to people and pawn it off as nourishment.
While upper management siphons off the 'goodies' the people that work for a living have to fend for themselves. That's the real problem. The rich feeling they are 'entitled' to the best while the workers suffer.

The only true illusion is one’s belief that that there is an illusion. For in thinking that the perceived dualistic reality is in fact illusion comes from an accepted subconscious belief that we are separate from our environments. As spirit expresses all that we sense, feel, know and be, we need to understand that there is NO separation of spirit from what some call ‘illusion’.
Simply by identifying our external world as illusion we are separating it from whom and what we truly are; spirit. We are NOT separate from spirit and from the expression and projection of spirit onto the cosmic stage of perception. Scientific experimentation has shown that dependent upon where our consciousness ‘observes’ energy, we ‘see’ it as either waves or particles.
We can ‘see’ the fundamental energy as waves knowing that these waves ‘cause’ our experience of the ‘particles’. We can also ‘see’ fundamental objects in the perceived dualistic reality as particles knowing that these particles are the ‘effect’ of our experience of observing ‘waves’. Where we are determines our experience. When we remove the veil of illusion that our pre-programmed beliefs have imposed we can come to the truthful revelation that everything everywhere is, has always been and forever more will be connected.
We cannot separate ourselves from our environments and we cannot separate ourselves from the Divine except in our thoughts that are repeated into our beliefs. Let go of everything that you have ever learned about separation and embrace the Divine Infinite Spirit of God knowing that you are a co-creator that has been blessed with the power of love to move the mountains of ‘perceptive illusions’ into the reality of total and complete ONENESS with the Divine. ~Dean A. SNAKES AND VIPERS
Those who derive their livelihood off of the sweat and backbone of others have a responsibility to ensure the well-being of all of those who work for them. It is incumbent on them to provide all of maintenance advantages necessary to keep them healthy and strong, well fed and provided for, educated and fulfilled and satisfied in their roles.
If they cannot and will not provide these assurances to those who give their very lives to support them, then they have no business in condescending to them or refuting their responsibilities toward them.
They are snakes and vipers who proclaim the words of Christ with their mouths and demonstrate the evil in their hearts. See them for whom and what they are and put them in their places.
The changes we are now experiencing are a result of their incessant greed, control, domination and manipulation to their own egotistical selfish ends. Only when we respect, care and love one another will be able to know the blessing we are to one another. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
This morning I watched the citizen induction ceremony on the Today Show. 30 new immigrants became citizens after learning about their rights, responsibilities and duties that arise from becoming citizens in the USA. I was once privileged to do the audio at the Federal building in Wilmington for a ceremony like this. It is awe inspiring and bone chilling.
3400 immigrants become citizens every day in this country! To watch a diverse group of people who have braved leaving their homeland to start a new life in a strange land is emotionally touching. The hope in their eyes and the happiness in their smiles brought tears to my eyes. The thing that moves me the most is that they now have the same rights and duties as some backward ass country f**k who was born in this country and claims that this is his ‘America’.
From the Jews to the Chinese, from the Italians to the Irish and from the Africans to the Hispanics that came to this country we all have the same rights and duties under our law. No one is better or more privileged than anyone else except in their own minds and hearts. All immigrants in the past were welcomed and then persecuted. They grew from generation to generation declaring more and more of the American Dream. We expanded as a nation of immigrants working together for progressive social change in order to grow and expand into one of the greatest nations in this world.
It is up to us to rule ourselves because WE are the government. WE elect our representatives and we need to monitor their progress in fulfilling our collective agendas. WE need to stop the corporate cancer that is eating away at our society. WE need to act together to boycott corporations that profit off of our labors and deny us the very basics of healthcare. Any business person that does not maintain the machines of their manufacturing will lose business because of the down time to repair or replace those machines. This is fact.
However, this seems to change when it comes to the human machine. The breakdown of the human machine comes from stress, poor nourishment and lack of exercise. Employers MUST cover the maintenance of their employees and when they don’t it becomes the peoples’ responsibility (the government). WE are our brothers’ and sisters’ keepers and when we deny that human expectancy, we are denying the divinity within them as it is within us. WE are exemplifying selfishness and not humanhood. Choose to acknowledge the divinity within everyone and respect basic human rights; not just in this country, but in the entire world! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
DESIRES OF THE HEART
We have all heard different positions by spiritual ‘leaders’ and ‘guides’ on the topic of desires. Some say that desires should be avoided at all costs; others say that they should be welcomed and fulfilled; and still others say that we should balance our desires with ‘God’s will’. Since there are so many varied positions on ‘desires’, we should know exactly just what they are. Desire, by definition, is a longing or craving for something that brings satisfaction or enjoyment. It is an internal and emotional request for something that you believe will fulfill you and make you happy. In its original Latin meaning it is de (of the) – sire (the Father).
In other words, the Divine seed that is planted in our hearts that defines whom and what we are. Pure Divine desire is the awareness and good feelings that there are always new possibilities for the fulfillment of your inner spirit. It is the anticipation of the expansion of your being into the manifestation of your individual Divine purpose. Nothing in our experience would ever occur without desire. Life grows and expands by the commitment to manifesting desire through the expectation of it occurring naturally. Life IS the feeling and manifestation of desire that flows through us every day.
Over the centuries the term desire has been bastardized into meaning an uncontrolled ‘yearning’ for something that we perceive we don’t have. We preoccupy our thoughts with the perceptions of not having what we yearn for and in the process we co-create NOT having it. This yearning is a function of the ego mind and produces a condition of lack and limitation. The ego bullies its way to the forefront of our beings and continues to ‘fight’ for the acquisition of what we perceive we don’t ‘have’. Why? Because it wants to validate its own existence and pat itself on its back for its ingenuity in winning the ‘fight’.
Traditionally, the above words have been attributed to a sermon by Paul that was written down by Luke entitled, “Hebrews). Some say it was written by Peter and others by a learned woman known as Priscilla. Whoever the author is, the Aramaic translation is clear. “Marriage is honorable with ALL; not just heterosexuals, ALL!
The author further states that the marriage bed is pure and to allow another to enter for sexual pleasures and adultery is an offense that is judged by GOD! Not humans. God! Remember what Christ said in Luke 6:42: “Or how can you say to your brother, 'My brother, let me cast the chip out from your eye, when behold, the plank that is in your own eye is not visible to you? Hypocrite!
Some posts that I feel are the most 'profound' will get 1 or 2 likes. The ones that I'm not that ecstatic about will get many likes. When you channel information you cannot judge what others will derive from that information.
In fact, a person last year kept on saying that I write 'repetitive banalities' and that I was merely doing this to gratify my ego with adoration.

EVERY BREATH
Every breath I take is a prayer when I am aware of my inner spirit. Each breath becomes a prayer for peace, alignment and Divine order. It is a recognition, acceptance and understanding of my inner divinity; now and evermore.

THE ETERNAL DIVINE
The Divine SELF is eternal. It does not exist within its creation of time and space. Yes, all things are extensions of the Divine including the ego.
It is our perceptive journey to transcend the desires of the ego and embrace the Divine desires in our hearts. This has nothing to do with hating or loving any aspect of your being.
It has all to do with aligning yourself with Divine order in order to express your Divine purpose. Acceptance of Oneness is where we start and allowance of Oneness is where we expect fulfillment from Divine love. Be ye therefore perfect. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY
Ego is always looking for approval; approval of others, itself and its ability to command. If it cannot lead it will not follow. It is so sure of itself that it will do whatever is necessary to convince itself and others it is worthy of being in command. It makes its decisions based on its own self-survival at all costs; to the detriment of others even if gets hurt itself.
It will mask, distract, elude and delude the logic and truth of others to prove itself right. It has to pat itself on its back to validate its own existence. It has a job to do and so do YOU. YOU, as an infinite spirit, need to grab the reins of the ego and guide it accordingly. It is up to YOU to steer and guide it on the road of life in order to keep it in check. Don’t allow its subtle deception to misguide you.
Listen to the infinite spirit within over all else. The Divine knows the truth and the ego constructs ‘beliefs’ around the truth. Go to the source of truth and don’t depend on the accepted beliefs of the ego. YOU will stay on course and your life will unfold perfectly in Divine order! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
BE PERFECTION!
Allow yourself to be perfection. “How can I do this?” you may ask. Actually, it’s quite simple. You get rid of what you don’t want in your life and keep what you do. When you listen to your lesser self, others and your fears all that you don’t want will keep recurring until you stop ‘believing’ in what your lesser self keeps telling you.
When you listen to your greater self, your inner heart and have faith and trust in the Divine all that you do want will be set into motion. The moment you doubt, worry and fear one iota of its complete fulfillment you will be reversing that motion.
Stop undoing everything that you have ever dreamed of, worked toward and knew was your Divine purpose by simply allowing yourself to be the perfection that you were created to be. God does NOT make mistakes and the Divine didn’t make a mistake when you were created.
You have made the mistake of doubting who you truly are and what you can co-create through Divine trust. Be ye therefore perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect

ALREADY KNOW
Deep within your heart you already know what to do. Why don’t you just trust in the Divine and allow it to happen?
All you have to do is create the image of fulfillment in your mind, feel the joy of having experienced it, speak the words of encouragement and walk boldly to the expression of your Divine purpose in Divine order.
Know and feel that you are worthy of receiving these blessings and practice allowing them to come by letting go of ‘how’ they will come. Your inner spirit is your guide. Listen to it! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

DRUG TESTING?
No one should be subjected to any invasive judgment or procedure based on the status of their personal bodies. If you want drug-testing on welfare recipients then there should be drug-testing on all of our governmental representatives as well. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
You cannot segment classes and judgments of those classes without fairness and propriety. And no, they shouldn't be tested at ALL! Should the waywardness of a few determine the eligibility of the many? This is the wrong way to determine a person's status. What if they have a condition that secretes a chemical balance that appears to be like a type of drug use?
Should the judgment of some technician on the front line of the testing determine whether their children eat or have medical attention? Think deeper than your own prejudices and judgments before you cast aspersions on those who have not had what you have had. That is the basis of love that Christ taught all of us! ~Dean A. IS DRUG TESTING WRONG?
Drug testing on anyone is wrong! Why? Because it violates your personal rights and it puts others in a position to judge you and your behaviors. Those who believe that drugs are the only cause of peoples’ problems are judging others based on their own ‘values’. What I am driving at is the 'mindset' of those who think that because of a 'few' that the 'many' are considered to be guilty because of their lot in life.
These people who judge people on welfare haven't walked a mile in their shoes. Why are those in need in a compromising position? Did they lose their job? Did their spouse die? Were they in an accident? Did their medical bills bankrupt them? We don't know all of the reasons but for us to assume that a drug test will 'narrow the field' is unjustified at best. I don't believe that anyone should be drug tested for any reason! It is a private matter and any procedure is in violation of the 4th Amendment.
Yet, many governments and private institutions violate this provision for individual personal rights and get away with it every day. It is another way for them to gain control over you and others and it is WRONG!!! Stop allowing some technician, bureaucrat or company official determine whom and what you are by a chemical analysis of your body. No one has the right to invade your personal space for any reason whatsoever! When you allow them to do so, you are violating your own sovereignty as an individual as well. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

BOREDOM
Boredom is a state of the ego that refuses to be satisfied with its apparent options and procrastinates doing anything about it; it looks to the outside world and can't see any options because it has already concluded that there are none. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
Pure desire only comes from an understanding of the abundance of creation and not the perceptions of lack and limitation that is fostered by the ego. The ego resists the perceptions of lack and limitation and continues to fight to gain what it perceives it ‘needs’ to survive. The more it resists feelings of lack and limitation, the further what it seeks to attain gets pushed away. This will persist until one understands that ‘fighting’ and ‘resisting’ is NOT the way to live in abundance.
When the ego focuses on what it perceives it desires, external reality reveals that it is not in ‘possession’ of what it desires. Its awareness is based on dualism and not the singularity of purpose. That’s why it remains in its comfort zone of ‘resistance’ instead of the Divine state of ‘allowance’. When we accept the ongoing vibration of living in the ‘lack’ of fulfillment, it will keep re-creating itself until we ‘change’ our vibration to one of the allowance of Divine expectation of abundance.
But how do we do this, some might ask? We reject what the outer world reveals in the now and we ‘imagine’ what it will be in the next moment. Just because things are a certain way in the now does not mean that they will not change in the future. Just as many religious schools of thought erroneously teach that being ‘wealthy’ will not bring you into spiritual ‘alignment’, some schools teach that desires are not ‘good’. The Buddha taught that ‘lower’, ‘selfish’ or ‘basal’ desires are to be avoided; NOT the Divine desire of spiritual ONENESS! His simple teaching that YOU are the enlightenment reveals the ‘soul’ of this message.
Pure desire is from the Divine heart of hearts that grows from the Divine seed within each and every one of us and blossoms into the expression of Divine love into the outer world! It is NOT a ‘bad’ thing! Some say that Jesus said that a good life has nothing to do with being wealthy. Hogwash!!! Jesus NEVER said that. What he said was that it is more difficult for a rich person to enter the Kingdom of Heaven because he is attached to his worldly possessions more than the fulfillment of his inner desires.
The more the ego ‘possesses’, the more it wants to repeat the process of ‘possessing’. It becomes an addiction of the feeling of ‘conquest’ and ‘winning’ over another. It is like the gambler’s addiction; the ego wanting to ‘beat’ the other person and pat itself on the back for its ‘ingenuity’. This feeling generates the ‘juices’ of feeling alive within the gambler. Some say that greed is the desire for what we don’t have; greed is the ‘insatiable’ and ‘obsessive’ yearning for what we perceive we need in order to feel ‘satisfied’.
True satisfaction only comes from fulfilling our inner heart’s desire to be spiritually fulfilled. Desires come from what we naturally experience in our environments AND from what we spiritually experience from within our heart of hearts! When we ‘let go’ and ‘allow’ the Divine to guide our lives we move toward aligning ourselves with the process of ‘spontaneous co-creation’ of the complete fulfillment of our Divine desires. We learn to share what we have been blessed with from the Divine and we participate in the unfolding of our Divine purposes in Divine order.
We cannot ‘will’ this to happen with our ego’s ‘storming the beach and raising the flag’! We can ‘allow’ this to occur by trusting completely in the Spirit of God to unfold the seeds of greatness that have been planted in our heart of hearts. The ego will focus on the perceptions of negativity that result from ‘not’ having what it perceives it needs; whereas, the inner spirit will focus on the pure desire of complete and utter fulfillment of unfolding our Divine purposes in Divine order.
Staying aligned with the Divine source of infinite abundance requires the daily prayer of the recognition of infinite abundance; the daily meditation on the presence of infinite abundance; and the daily ‘acts’ and ‘behaviors’ of expressing infinite abundance by giving to others what we feel inside we truly desire. This ongoing Divine ‘communication’ releases our ego’s resistance to what it perceives we don’t ‘have’ and its embraces the spirit’s allowance of Divine order in the unfolding of our Divine purposes. It takes our ego-self out of the equation and promotes our spirit-SELF into the abundance of the omniverse.
We move our consciousness from the perceptions of lack and limitation into the Divine reality of infinite abundance. Then, and only then, will we be co-creating our individual vibration of allowance that brings everything that we ‘desire’ in our heart of hearts. In order to feel worthy to receive the bounty of the omniverse we must identify more with our inner spirit than with our selfish egos. Focus on what the Divine brings to those who truly live in Divine love. Focus on complete an utter fulfillment by trusting completely in the Divine; now and evermore! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
The eyes are the windows to the soul. It doesn't matter what anyone believes about anyone else; what matters is that when we look into anyone's eyes we can sense their purpose, veracity and validity (whether in person or in an untouched photographed). It's more difficult to see through the window when it’s filtered through a reflection of ourselves. The truth is there, deep within for those who can feel its presence. Feeling the emptiness of where we are right now is good! It means we are ready to be filled with the spirit!
It is time for us to open our vessels of spirit and allow the abundance of the omniverse to provide us with just what we need right now. Trusting in the Divine to supply what we need right now no matter how we feel is paramount to our success in alleviating feelings of emptiness. When we let go of any attachment to what we are feeling and experience joy we begin to put smiles on our faces.
By interrupting our patterns of thoughts and emotions that are distracting ourselves from expressing our Divine purposes in Divine order, we are starting to break up patterns of downward emotional spirals; bringing about the right feelings and revisiting the joys. Being depressed about life is being tanked emotionally. We should never make a decision about anything in the valley of depression.
Proceeding to the mountain top and seeing the beauty that surrounds the valley we are in is our only way out of our self-imposed pit of despair. There is always more and we cannot see it in the pit. FREE OF YOUR EGO?
Some ‘seekers’ have the desire to be free of their egos. The idea is not to be FREE from the ego, but to keep it in its place.

REALIZATION OF SELF
The realization of SELF only comes when self has exhausted its own perceived power and influence over the events, circumstances, situations, occurrences and people to control, dominate and manipulate its perceptions of reality.
SELF realization is Divine realization. There is nothing that is truly separate; it is our perceptions of reality that deceive us into believing that things are separate. Divine realization reveals the ONENESS of reality and the false belief in the separation of it.

We project from our consciousness certain things but the recognition of aberrance in another does not necessarily mean that we are guilty of that within our being. Perhaps at one time we did act that way or we affirmed that it was something that we would not like to create at all.
Just because we see things in others doesn't mean that we are capable of that kind of behavior. We abhor that behavior because we have made the choice through individual or collective judgment that it is not fruitful. Some teach that we project all that we see however I don't agree with that position because it is not factually based.
Because a criminal chooses to murder someone does not mean that I would. I would not make that choice and I did not project him in making that choice. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
TWO DIFFERENT THINGS
Worrying and recognizing are two different things. 'Worrying' is praying for what 'might' happen and 'recognizing' is establishing the relevance of a behavior by discerning and choosing not to replicate that behavior. It is not in my nature to murder anyone and I don't project that thought at ALL! However, I can recognize the anger and murderous behaviors in others and judge whether or not I want to be around or associated with someone who practices that kind behavior.
It doesn't mean that if I judge that behavior as detrimental that I have co-created it somehow. That is completely and utterly absurd! I am responsible for my reaction to aberrant behavior and my projection of love as a solution to anything in life. If I choose to project anything it only comes from an intense emotional fervor from identifying with something I WANT to co-create.
Projecting another’s aberrant behavior only comes from the one that is projecting it; not the one who is observing it. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
WE ARE RESPONSIBLE
We are responsible for our own thoughts, words, beliefs, actions and behaviors. But where do these thoughts come from that generate our words, beliefs, actions and behaviors? Are they the ego’s perceived reactions to what threatens our self-survival or are they Divine recognition of what is actually happening?
Our ego ‘eye’ sees only with our programmed belief system rooted in our subconscious minds. Our beliefs have been programmed from childhood and they are ‘reactive’ in nature. Our Divine ‘eye’ sees only with Divine understanding and is ‘proactive’ in nature.
When we strike an ‘effective’ balance between our lower mind and higher mind we see things how they are and not just how we want them to be. We should always give another who displays aberrant behavior Divine love and the benefit of the doubt; however, we shouldn’t be so naïve that we allow their behaviors to affect us to the point where we are brought down from proacting to reacting.
We ARE ultimately responsible for HOW we interact with our environment; however, thinking that we are projecting the behaviors of others is not only ego driven, but not how the omniverse scientifically operates.
Energy exchanges are always influenced by the consciousness of the observer in the ‘observation’ of an event but not in the co-creation of the event by another. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
Here we go again with the Insurance Companies! Denying claims for the insured based on their 'out' clauses in their contracts that afford them the latitude for their discretionary way out of paying settlements. Some say that we should remove governmental regulations and let the ‘free’ market determine the available products and services. Isn’t that what we have been doing for over 100 years and look just where it has gotten us?
The government should lay down the guidelines for Insurance Companies to sell ENVIRONMENTAL insurance. No matter what type of 'disaster' a homeowner experiences they are covered. Hurricane, earthquake, tornado or flood. It's covered! Some say it the responsibility of the independent business and the personal responsibility of the individual to purchase products and services in a free market. That's just the problem!
Where is the responsibility for Insurance companies? Where is their part in all of this? They are unscrupulous in their policies and we are condoning that when we say to give them the 'freedom' to sell a policy that limits their responsibility based on the 'type' of weather disaster. To me, that's giving them a way out. The government is here to provide regulations to level the playing field; not tip it to their side!
That line of thinking is a right wing erroneous fear mongered mindset that operates solely from fear. If you are truly in the 'chance' business, it is a numbers game. Say 10,000 people pay regular premiums on their insurance policies; and only 1342 stake claims that total the same amount of money taken in by the premiums of the 10,000. You have broken even. However, that's not how it totally works. Underwriters take legal gambling bets all day on bonds, banking loans and speculative enterprises; banks make 'day' loans with each other and pull in 10's of millions of dollars using YOUR money and you get NOTHING for it.
Tough regulations and severe penalties ENFORCED by the government provide the effective guidelines for FAIR business practices. If you expect fair from banks and insurance companies then you are delusional. A significant PART of personal responsibility is looking out for the other guy. It means stepping out of your comfort zone in sincere service to humankind. It is not 'patting yourself on the back’ for your education, ingenuity or resourcefulness. Those are ego judgments which deny the experience of others. Your perceptions about things are not the be all and end all of life.
It is from the integration of many voices that the choir becomes defined. What if you never had the opportunity to be educated? What if your parents had difficulty holding a job when their jobs are being shipped overseas? Walking a mile in someone else's shoes is tantamount to experiencing life from their perspective. The 'rules' of the game of life are borne from humankind; they set up the game to be a certain way that is advantageous to them and NOT you!
Rules can and will be changed when we STOP the ruthless and unscrupulous from having free reign on what they perceive of us as being; the lowly sheep. Take off the blinders dear friends and be the change that brings this about instead of blindly accepting their imposed dictate. It is ‘we the people’ and not ‘me the bigot’. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

Divine service to others includes removing yourself from selfish desires that inhibit the growth and expansion of all of us.
We are our brothers’ and sisters’ keeper and that DOESN'T mean 'handouts' as some elitists call them; it means 'handups!
It means making the time in Divine love for others to share your talents, skills and abilities to grow and expand the society in which you live.
Some people call themselves 'self-dependent' and blame others that they are throwing a 'pity' party. Can you see how condescending such a statement is?
