What is the difference between having faith in God and having a belief in God? Faith is divine and belief is not truly a ‘knowing’ that the Divine exists!
Faith comes from the word ‘pistis’ which is an inner conviction of the truth and validity of the Divine.
Beliefs are accepted truths that don’t require truthfulness or validation, whereas faith comes from the knowledge of the truth and validity of the Divine.
It comes from the ongoing Divine communication that opens our hearts to the truth within.
True knowing breeds faith; for in knowing that the Divine exists and guides our way our faith grows into complete Divine trust and we fulfill our Divine purpose in Divine order. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

MOVE TOWARDS LOVE
I always move towards love, not war. However, some take what I say in my posts as a reason to argue or impose their own definitions of words and life as to what we should all believe.
They are the warriors who foment hostility and since their ignorance is based on their ego's demands, I simply can't resist engaging them with what I ‘feel’ is the truth.
We all have our weaknesses and engaging in a good argument is one of mine. I choose love, not war, but I will not back down to ignorance.
I have to work at being gentile sometimes; especially when those who revere fighting and resisting impose their values on others.
Being spiritual doesn’t mean that you are eternally peaceful and gentile. It means that you find the truth and peace amid the chaos and you always reveal what is true and valid for everyone. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
STUCK IN A RUT
Are you stuck in a rut? Do you feel that your options are limited? Are you acclimating yourself to your circumstances without knowing that you are connected to the source of everything? If you are, then you need to get out in nature and break up the patterns of experiences that brought you into a perception that you are in a rut.
Our experiences of the patterns of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, words, actions and behaviors forge virtual ‘walls’ around your life experience that block your awareness to the possibilities that are always present, but not fully recognized. When you ‘believe’ your choices are limited, they are. Conversely, when you believe they are unlimited, they are as well! Your belief in being stuck in a rut is what is preventing you from removing the self-imposed walls that are blocking you from seeing the ever-present possibilities surrounding you.
When you break up the pattern of belief that you are ‘stuck’ in, it is because you have become aware of your ‘variety’ of choices. Your perception of variety allows you to contemplate the possibilities available to you. When you begin to contemplate your possibilities, you create preferences in which to choose from in order to get out of your rut. When you choose certain preferences you are, in effect, asking the Divine for the manifestation of these preferences.
God always answers our prayers; for they are asking for certain preferences in the possibilities that we have contemplated. Only by paying attention to the way we ‘feel’ about certain preferences of the possibilities that we perceive are available to us, will we be able to deliberately choose to ‘feel good’ about those possibilities. It is impossible for us to ‘feel good’ about something for awhile and it turn out badly; just like it is impossible for us to ‘feel bad’ about something for awhile and it turn out well.
The rut you perceive you are in creates bad feelings, which in turn will not be able to make you ‘feel good’ and hence create a ‘good’ outcome. You must ‘feel good’ despite your feelings and beliefs that you are in a rut in order to tear down the walls of erroneous belief that you have accepted as true. Beliefs of reality are what determine your behavior. Removing your erroneous beliefs is the only way for you to change your perception of the possibilities that are available to you.
‘Feel good’ about removing them and STOP owning them! You are NOT your beliefs! They are a by-product of how you feel about yourself and your present situation and the circumstances you feel you are experiencing. Don’t allow your erroneous beliefs to create a ‘pity party’ in your heart and mind. Get rid of what is NOT serving your edification and advancement and live from Divine love. ‘Feel good’ about what you are becoming by being who and what you are; Divine love in action! ~Dean A. LIFE IS WHAT?
What Is Life? According to the textbook definitions life is “the condition that distinguishes organisms from inorganic objects and dead organisms, being manifested by growth through metabolism, reproduction, and the power of adaptation to environment through changes originating internally. It is the sum of the distinguishing phenomena of organisms, especially metabolism, growth, reproduction, and adaptation to environment. The animate existence or period of animate existence of an individual: to risk one's life; a short life and a merry one. A corresponding state, existence, or principle of existence conceived of as belonging to the soul: eternal life. The general or universal condition of human existence: Too bad, but life is like that” [dictionary.com].
But what are the distinguishing characteristics that make life ‘life? Life is organic, animate, metamorphosizing, reproducing and adaptive to its environment by internal changes in order to survive. It is in a dynamic and ever-changing state of existence and not in stasis. Life has an inherent consciousness that moves towards growth and expansion and not stagnation and reduction. Life is ALWAYS blooming outward and reaching toward the source of its existence (e.g. a seed-sprout pushing through the soil toward the sunlight where it grows and flowers) where death is ALWAYS moving in the other direction.
Are you seeking life or death? Are you moving to become the most loving, giving and sharing individual you can become? Are you moving towards life or death? Death is a state where you inner spirit no longer resides as your consciousness in your body as a living soul. It is a state where the body can no longer sustain itself with physical life because the consciousness that determined the drive for life’s growth and expansion is no longer present. But where did it go? Did it simply just fizzle out of existence? Or did it integrate into the dark matter and energy of the omniverse?
Since there is no effective way of measuring this we have to surmise where it went by using the laws of the physical universe known as Physics. The Law of the Conservation of Energy states “that the total energy of an isolated system cannot change—it is said to be conserved over time. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, but can change form; for instance, chemical energy can be converted to kinetic energy. A consequence of the law of conservation of energy is that a perpetual motion machine of the first kind cannot exist. That is to say, no system without an external energy supply can deliver an unlimited amount of energy to its surroundings” [Wikipedia.com].
If this is true, then the energy of consciousness (the aggregate of electro-chemical conversions to kinetic energy) that was inextricably tied to your physical body never dies but simply changes form. In that sense, there is no death but an ‘exchange’ in the expression of the form in which the energy is expressed. Is life after death possible? It all depends on how you define life and death. The spirit within you never dies; it centers all of existence and your mind or consciousness (energy) ‘refolds’ back into the ‘ether’ of dark matter and dark energy because it CANNOT be created or destroyed! Inanimate objects and animate life ‘unfold’ from dark matter and dark energy just like the sprout unfolds from the seed when the external conditions are conducive to its growth and expansion. That same energy that unfolds ‘refolds’ back into from whence it came when its physical existence has been exhausted.
Life goes on because the consciousness of you is eternal. We live in an omniverse of energy exchange ad infinitum. Be secure in the thought that just who you are is beyond your physical limitations. Know that the Divine is always there within offering Divine love; you just have to recognize it, accept it and share it. Sound too easy? That’s why so many don’t live in it because they ‘feel’ it has to be more complicated than that to be valid. REHASHING THE HASH
Have you ever noticed that when it’s a slow news day that the news programs dredge up old stories of tragedies that occurred on this day ten or twenty years ago? The same applies to the weather; if the weather is going be good and uneventful, the Weather Channel begins to rehash Hurricane Sandy or the Oklahoma tornados to remind us that tragedy is just around the corner and could strike at any time.
Why do they do this? Because sensationalism sells advertising! Advertisers want you to be at a peak emotional state either grieving over the tragedies of others or happy that it isn’t happening to you. They do this because when you are in these states, you are more susceptible to receiving their subliminal programming to associate their product with these states.
Why would they do this? Because when you get into these states again you will remember their product and be more prone to buy it when you are stocking up at the stores for the next supposed ‘tragedy’ that is just around the corner. They are programming your emotional triggers with their brand to secure their place in the market.
Now, why can’t you do this to yourself in a positive way? Can’t you program yourself to accept the bounty of the omniverse and that you have the ability to choose anything that you want? Don’t you know that when you ask the Divine for something that it is given? However, it doesn’t just drop in your lap. You have to be aware enough to recognize the opportunities when they arise and ACT on them!
Nothing that is divinely given can be recognized by you until you share Divine love with another; for in doing so, you remove the internal blockages imposed by your erroneous beliefs that obscure your recognition of divine opportunities. Know how your brain and body works. Know how you react and proact. Know that your spirit affects your mind; that your mind affects your emotions and that your emotions affect your body. Know that your body affects your spirit as well. Each aspect of your being affects the other and when we are aware of this, we can recognize the difference between reacting to emotional triggers and proacting from your spiritual center.
Where do you come from? Where do you ‘want’ to come from? It is your choice either way. Trusting in the Divine is the key to your ultimate freedom from emotional triggers. Enjoy the great weather without the doom and gloom rehashing of the sensationalists who want to hock their ‘answers’ to your perceived fears of the next inevitable disaster. Be in control of your destiny by letting it all go into oblivion. Don’t attach any emotion to their predictions and you will be free of their predictions. Be ye therefore perfect! ~Dean A. LISTENING TO MY SOURCE
My Source is not my job, money or the people and things that surround me. My Source is deep within me speaking in silence and moving in stillness. It is the birthplace of the well-spring of thought that bubbles up into my consciousness. My consciousness is the aggregate of biological energy know as my mind. It ‘feels’ the electro-chemical processes in my body and translates them into images and words that I understand. It projects my understandings of my life onto the omniversal stage of shared existence by the feelings and beliefs I have accepted as true and passionately pursue.
As I receive the reflections from my projections I come to realize that what I put out comes back to me to increase my understanding of what is. The balance and order of my experiences are a direct result of what I share and don’t share. Do I choose to share nothing and hold back what I perceive as being good only for myself? Or do I share Divine love with everyone I encounter? Whatever I hold back holds me back. Whatever I treat selfishly, limits my perceptions of the bounty of the omniverse. Whatever I claim to be mine and mine alone is the rock under which I hide from reality.
My Source is within me and it supplies ALL of my needs, wants, desires and expectations when I allow it to be. I have been given the free will to go along with the grain of life or go against it. The lessons I learn from life are the guidance I receive when I understand that I am divinely loved. The Divine Infinite Creator Spirit of God is my Source and all existence comes from that Source. If I am a child of the Most High, then why would I choose to live in anything else but the blessings of the Divine?
It is my ego that chooses that and my job is to keep it in check so that it doesn’t fool me into believing that it knows more than the Divine. Listen to the voice of divinity and not the voice of selfishness masking itself as the voice of reason. It only works if you ‘believe’ it is the truth without testing its validity.
Listen to the silence and move toward the stillness. It is there that the absolute truth of life exists. Not in the yammering of the selfish ego. Be ye therefore perfect! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

BEING IN TOUCH WITH
YOUR FEELINGS
If you truly knew what you should do next you would ‘feel’ whether it was wrong or right. Being in touch with your feelings means that you ‘listen’ to what they are telling you and you act accordingly. If you feel a wrenching in your gut it means that either you shouldn’t proceed or that if you do you should be extremely focused on the tasks and hand and NOT be distracted. It means that you are in tune enough with your feelings that you listen to them and make effective choices.
Your five senses of touch, taste, smell, hearing and sight ‘feel’ electromagnetic and mechanical frequencies and input their differences in potential to our brains. Our brains then make ‘copies’ of the sensory input as thoughts and images and the feelings these thoughts and images generate. It then ‘stores’ them in our subconscious minds for the ‘predictive’ future anticipation of events, occurrences, situations, circumstances and the behaviors of ourselves and others.
Our brains anticipate our next ‘moves’ based on our observation of our environment filtered through the previously programmed experiences and feelings stored in our subconscious minds in order to ‘predict’ and ‘anticipate’ what our next behaviors should be in order to maintain our safety and security. The feelings that we store and accept as true in our subconscious minds are integral in how we proceed. When thoughts are repeated with the feelings underlying them they become beliefs.
Our beliefs get stored in our subconscious minds and if they are erroneous and not accurate they can affect not only our safety and security, but our growth and expansion as well. Always test what you believe by understanding why you are feeling what you are feeling. How do you do this? You experience what you feel to its deepest level, ask for Divine guidance, seek that guidance in the peace and quiet of the spirit within and knock on the door of serving others.
The acid test is always, does it benefit all or just me? If it benefits everyone then you should feel good about it. If it benefits just you and hurts another, then you should feel bad about it. If you don’t, then your ego is in command and NOT the Spirit of God. Get in touch with your feelings everyday by praying for direction, meditating for guidance and serving others with Divine love. You will come to KNOW which way to proceed instead of ‘believing’ which way to proceed. Be ye therefore perfect! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
THE GRAND DESIGN
Recent biological scientific research has shown that certain venoms of rattlesnakes, scorpions, spiders and cone snails have the necessary peptides that create certain reactions in humans due to their ability to rearrange biological effects at a molecular level. In fact, the venom of cone snails is being regulated by the Homeland Security Department because it creates over 100 peptides that have varying effects on our nervous systems. A sting from a cone snail would paralyze a human instantly and render death within 4 minutes! Taking these peptides and developing anti-venoms from ongoing tests will take years, but the pharmaceutical companies are investing millions in this development. One of the peptides show promise in offsetting Alzheimer’s Disease.
Can you imagine how certain molecular structures that kill can be altered to save lives? It demonstrates that chemical components can be rearranged from being ‘evil’ to being ‘good’ simply by understanding how these chemicals work and guiding their expression through a desired ‘intent’.
Much is the same with the desired intent in our lives. We have all of the tools to ‘extract’ what we desire in our lives but we become accustomed to ‘the way things are’ and we accept them as ‘the way they always will be’. Within what appears to be designed to end life are the necessary ingredients to fulfill life. The Divine has incorporated the mechanisms within all of creation to be used by our desired intent to either kill or give life.
What are you doing with these mechanisms? Are you using them to ‘kill’ your desires by not expecting them to happen with guided positive intent? Or are you using them to ‘give life’ to your desires by expecting them to happen to benefit all of life? Just as certain venoms can kill they can be turned around to give life. Why aren’t you taking the raw materials available to you to create the life you desire? Why don’t you trust enough in the Divine to guide you to living a life of complete fulfillment? It only takes you getting out of your own way by allowing the guidance of the Divine to unfold your Divine purpose in Divine order.
Give to life instead of dwelling on death. The secret to living a life replete with health, wealth, prosperity and abundance is within the feelings of infirmity, poverty, disadvantage and dearth. You just have to understand why you have those feelings and what they are teaching you in order to experience the other side.
The Grand Design of the Divine Infinite Spirit Creator reveals the truth when you make the time to look for it. Go within your being each and every day and discover that truth that is there for you to see the light within the darkness, the day within the night and the love within the hate and anger that surrounds you. Then, and only then, will you know the Grand Design well enough to learn that opposites in diversity lead to oneness in unity when you look for the truth diligently and faithfully within. TRUST
The moment you decide to be whom and what you were created to be is the moment that changes your viewpoint of your environment and the unfolding of your Divine purpose in Divine order.
You begin to sense more than you’ve ever felt and know more than you’ve ever believed. You are aligning yourself with Divine order as it moves natural order and the roll of the dice is always in your favor.
God is always for our growth and expansion in accordance with Divine will while our ego is always for keeping us in the safety, security and comfort zone of our erroneous and accepted beliefs.

The doorway to the dark side of existence is opened when you choose to fear what you don’t understand. Whatever is hidden in the darkest corners of your mind and heart will come alive and you will react when you doubt what you are observing in your reality. This doubt leads to the perceptions of scenarios that possibly ‘could’ happen and the onset of worry begins to stifle your actions. As you travel down the path to the dark side the possibilities of what could happen become the probabilities of what will happen and fear takes control. Once you are in the grips of fear it is difficult to let go of its grip on you because you associate it with being in the best interests of your survival.
Would anyone in their right mind do ANYTHING to put themselves at risk? There is a fine line between taking a risk and moving forward with confidence. If your confidence is based on the assuredness that your ego knows what is best, then you are on shaky ground. The ego can only see from its perspective and not that of the Divine. If your confidence is based on the complete trust in the Divine, then you are on solid ground.
The Divine’s perspective is that of knowing everything, being present everywhere, emanating the power of Divine love and parenting the entire omniverse. Don’t you think that the Divine’s perspective is more aware than that of your ego? If you don’t, then you are not completely trusting in the Divine. There are no ‘levels of trust’; there is either complete trust or none at all! Anything less than complete and utter trust in the Divine is ego-centered and will result in the downward spiral from doubt to worry to fear.
Complete trust of the Divine comes when you are certain of the Divine’s existence within you, your experience of Divine love reassures you with every breath and your faith comforts you in knowing that the Divine will protect you and lead you to experience the best for all concerned. Trust is not earned; reliance is earned. You can rely on your friends and family to defend you and love you until you do something that violates their reliance on you. Trust comes from faith and faith is a divine knowing that no matter what occurs the Divine is guiding you in safety, security and bringing you its complete blessings. There is NO doubt in your mind. There is NO worry in your heart. There is NO fear of your apparent circumstances.
Divine assuredness comes from being grateful for the Divine grace bestowed on you from ‘flowing’ Divine love. If you at any point ‘dam’ up this flow by moving down the path to the dark side, You are getting in your own way to experiencing the blessings of Divine love that come from Divine trust. Your greatest enemy is your ego telling you it’s ‘all that’ and that you MUST listen to its guidance. When it rears its controlling, dominating and manipulating head with all kinds of reasons to do what it ascertains you MUST do, stop and take a moment to consult with the Divine.
Go within and feel the presence of Divine love immersing you in the peace, understanding and joy of KNOWING what to do instead of BELIEVING what your ego says to do. Your ego has one agenda; self-survival at ALL costs. This is NOT sharing Divine love because it is a selfish motivation. Divine love encompasses all of existence and is not limited to the egotistical agenda of self, but the divine agenda of all. When you realize that you are on the path to the dark side, stop and turn around.
Let go of all thoughts, feelings, beliefs, verbal expressions, actions and behaviors that are self-centered and look out for yourself AND others. Move toward the certainty of the Divine’s presence within you, the reassurance of the Divine love that’s protecting you and the faith in knowing that the Divine is comforting you. From one moment to the next you experience the bounty of the omniverse and whittle it down to what is important to you. You focus on what you need to take from your experience in order to survive, thrive and be alive. But what about all of what you dismiss and let go that is fleeting through your attention? Was it pertinent to your current situation? Or was it just a transitory experience that doesn’t apply?
The idiom that the devil is in the details comes to mind. It generally means that “even the grandest project depends on the success of the smallest components. In this version of the proverb it often implies that the details might cause failure. A more positive version is “God is in the details,” a saying often attributed to the architect Le Corbusier” [dictionary.com].
Overall, it means that small things in plans and schemes that are often overlooked can cause serious problems later on. In a more vernacular expression, it means that which we did NOT pay attention to as being important information at an appropriate point in time is what will creep up to bite us in the ass later. But what was it about this information that wasn’t significant enough at that point in time that we didn’t give credence to it?
We only pay attention to things based on what we ‘value’ as being important. You can take an essay test and know all the answers, write glowing essays and misspell key words that reduce your overall score. Paying attention to form and content together as a cohesive whole demonstrates a fine tuned awareness to the importance of each element in the overall picture. Dismissing ANY part of an effective presentation ‘takes away’ from the overall message.
Why? Because it reveals just what the author values as being important. If one key area is neglected, then what other areas are being neglected? Can you trust what the author says in one thing if they miss or dismiss other things that are important? Take graphic artists and sign painters. Some of the best artwork out there will contain obvious and major spelling errors. What the artist was paying attention to was the artistic expression MORE than being accurate in their spelling. They ‘valued’ this more than being accurate in their ‘overall’ presentation. Was it hard to pay attention to other details that you didn’t value? No, not at all! The artist could have asked someone else, looked it up in the dictionary or used spell check.
There WERE options available to proof their work and they simply did not choose to use them. This reveals what they ‘value’ and because of them ignoring important details it ultimately takes away from their message. When we all come to the realization that ‘God’ is in the details, we begin to understand that being precise is an extension of our divine perfection. We are perfect spiritual beings expressing ourselves through perceived ‘imperfect’ physical bodies. It is in this illusion that we are our physical bodies that we grow to accept our imperfections as being ‘how it is’. Nothing could be further from the truth.
When we focus our attention on being precise means to ‘cut off’ the options that are not pertinent and focus on the ones that are. Precision means that we pay attention to the details that are being revealed to us at any given moment. Each breath imbues thoughts and feelings that we experience and focus on as being important, or dismiss as being unimportant based on exactly what we value. If our attention on what is important is constantly being distracted by thoughts and feelings that have nothing to do with our ability to pay attention to our current observations, then we WILL miss important details.
Doubting what we observe, worrying about what ‘could’ happen and fearing what ‘seems’ like it will happen, creates ‘distractions’ from our focus that lets important details ‘slip by’. Being here in the now and trusting in the Divine implicitly affords all of us the opportunity to pay attention to the important details that surround and influence our survival, our ability to thrive along with others and our ability to stay alive.
Let go of the things and people that distract you from your Divine purpose and focus on what the Divine is guiding you to do. This will guarantee that you will not miss what is important, for if it was, it would have revealed itself to be in Divine order. Trust, don’t just believe. Focus on what is divinely important in the overall scheme and you will flow along with Divine order. Be ye therefore perfect! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
COMPLAINING
What is complaining? It is a natural occurrence when you feel something isn’t right or the way it should be? Or is it your ego desperately trying to take command of the way it believes it should be instead of accepting the way it is? According to its definition, complaining is the act of “expressing dissatisfaction, pain, uneasiness, censure, resentment, or grief; finding fault: It is telling others of your pains, ailments, et. al.; it is expressed as a formal spoken accusation to be considered complaining” [dictionary.com].
Why do we complain? Is it that we want to share our grievances with others in order to gain allies or feel secure in having others who feel like we do? Or is it that we have a legitimate ‘gripe’ that needs to have a light shined on it for others to see that it might hurt all of us? Whatever it might be, complaining incessantly is allowing our egos to be in command and legitimize its rule over us. If we don’t speak out with a formal complaint about the anomalies of life that hurt others then we are complicit in the results that these anomalies yield.
Doing something about anomalies isn’t necessarily just complaining about them. It is praying for the hearts of others to be moved to what is fair for all, meditating on how to proceed to alleviate the anomalies and being of service to those who are directly affected by these anomalies. Complaining is the ego lashing out at what it feels angered about; anger is the overwhelming feeling that we are not being treated fairly. This feeling doesn’t always mean that we aren’t being treated fairly; it means simply that we ‘feel ‘we aren’t.
When we feel angry we sometimes begin to complain verbally to others in order to feel good about our values concerning their stance against what we are angry about. We are, in essence, resisting what we are angry about instead of allowing it to be without attaching any emotion to them. Complaining is a natural function of humankind when we don’t understand that when we express ongoing complaints that we are fighting and resisting and NOT seeking peace and allowance.
In these heated moments we must allow the Spirit of God to guide us and reveal within that we don’t know the entire picture of what is unfolding and that our complaints are creating more of the same. When we complain we are asking for just what we don’t want and it will be given. When we allow the ‘how’ to unfold in Divine order we are asking for alignment with the greater good of our Divine purpose AND the Divine purposes of others.
Ongoing complaints of events, occurrences, situations, circumstances and the behavior of ourselves and others create more of the same experiences being repeated and us never resolving our perceived problems over the anomalies that anger us. Stop complaining because it is a prayer of anger and disgust with the way things are and it is NOT making things any better. It is fueling the same thing to happen over and over again.
Turn your complaints into allowing the Divine ‘how’ to unfold in your life. That is ‘when and where’ the ‘what’ will unfold in Divine order and you will have NOTHING to complain about whatsoever! Be ye therefore perfect! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
IF I WERE A RICH MAN
You were, Tevye, you were; just like all of us. We’re all rich in the most prized possession of the omniverse! The Divine Infinite Spirit Creator within us all RIGHT NOW. Whether we are laboring, resting or sleeping, we have the abundance of the entire omniverse within every cell of our beings. Rich means that we have wealth or great possessions; we are abundantly supplied with resources, means, or funds; we are abounding in natural resources; having wealth or valuable resources; abounding like a countryside rich in beauty; a design rich with colors; we are of great value or worth; valuable: a rich harvest or a rich life [dictionary.com].
Are we naturally rich? Do we have wealth or do we just see wealth as having many possessions or a great deal of money? We are abundantly supplied with resources in this omniverse. We have the means at our disposal to co-create whatever we desire in life. We can and will have all of the finances we need when we allow them to flow through us without attaching any emotion to them of desperation or want. With every breath we take we are abounding in natural resources from our environment. We have land to walk on; we have gravity to hold us there; we have air to breathe; we have food to eat and water to drink. We are rich in the beauty of God’s grace that has been freely given to us in the expression of Divine love. We indeed have a rich life when we recognize just how blessed and wealthy we already are!!!
Tevye was rich beyond his comprehension and equated having money as being rich enough to “not have to work hard”, “having dozens of rooms in a big tall house” and his wife would have “a proper double-chin”, “putting on airs” and “strutting like a peacock.” He thought that having money would earn him the respect of being a wise man like Solomon. He further states that, ”When you're rich, they think you really know!”, and that “If I were rich, I'd have the time that I lack.” How many of us believe that by being rich we would be able to do all of these ‘things”? Do we truly know what it means to be rich in spirit? Or do we believe that having the time, the money and the things we want will make us happy and fulfilled?
We all need to let go of the beliefs that being rich and wealthy is having a great deal of money! Looking outside of ourselves for external ‘riches’ distracts us from realizing our internal riches and wealth. Yeshua clearly said, “But seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you” ~Matthew 6:33 [Aramaic Bible in Plain English]. Going within by praying for guidance, meditating on the still small voice of God and serving others with Divine love IS living in righteousness! As a result, ALL of these accoutrements of being rich and wealthy in the external sense will be added unto you. When you love the material things of life more than the spiritual truth of life you are satisfying your ego’s yearnings MORE than your Divine desires that God placed in your heart. You look to the outside for that which can only be found within.
Open the inward door and close the outward door every day and commune with the Creator of the omniverse. You will be guided to complete fulfillment when you completely trust in God. We are children of the Most High and the Divine ALWAYS takes care of us! Yeshua said, “And why are you taking pains about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow without laboring or weaving. But I say to you, not even Solomon in all his glory was clothed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field that is today and will fall into the oven tomorrow, does he not multiply more to you, Oh small of faith? Therefore do not be concerned or say, ''What will we eat?', or ''What will we drink?', or,''What will we wear'? For the Gentiles are seeking all these things, but your Father who is in Heaven knows that all these things are necessary for you. ~Matthew 6:28-32 [Aramaic Bible in Plain English].
Seek the peace, understanding, joy and Divine love of the Infinite Spirit Creator who has created the entire omniverse out of NOTHING and has given us all the grace to live and an abundant environment to live within. Be grateful for what is given to you in Divine love and it will be multiplied and given back to you; “Give and it will be given to you in good measure, pressed down and overflowing, they shall cast into your lap. YOUR BEST INTEREST
It is always in your best interest to allow your greater good to flow through you and touch others with inspiration.
This is how Divine love flows from one to another. It is when you hold back and hide your greater good that you are not sharing Divine love.

GIVING AND RECEIVING
Giving and receiving are the same. As you give Divine love to others you are receiving it for giving it.
The entire omniverse exists on the exchange of energy; without this exchange, life would have never evolved.
From the inanimate to the animate and back. The circle of life is secure in itself.
Your edification is never complete enough for you to feel fulfilled until you help others realize theirs.

Are you waiting for the right time with the right person for the right thing to happen at the right place and for the right reasons to unfold the way you believe they should? Or are you waiting for Divine order to unfold natural order for you to receive the blessings of your Divine purpose being fulfilled?
If it is the former, you will be waiting a long time for something that won’t be what you expected it to be. If it is the latter, then you will aligning yourself with what is best for all concerned.
Always choose what benefits life and all of the expressions of life; for it is in what you choose that becomes what you believe and what you believe becomes manifest because it is what is real to you.
Allowance is the natural progression of expectation and resistance is the natural progression from passionate beliefs. It is always better to know the truth than to believe what you think is the truth. The degrees of separation are a reflection manifested by what you believe and what you know.
Know that your beliefs are fallible and believe that Divine knowing is infallible. Only then will you be able to allow things to happen as they should instead of believing that they have to unfold according to the way you want them to be instead of how they really should be. RELAYERS OF EVIL
In 1961, a scientist, Stanley Milgram (a Yale University psychologist), administered a series of psychological tests by ‘randomly’ selecting a teacher and a learner. If the learner had wrong answers to the test, the teacher would increasingly administer electrical shocks in 15 volt increments being able to hear the learner’s response. When the teacher heard the pain and the request to stop, most people objected to go on until an official looking ‘doctor’ type said it would be OK. The turning point was at 150 volts. When the doctor said it was OK, even though the teacher knew that the learner had a minor heart condition, the teacher administered the ‘punishment’ for the wrong answer at 165 volts.
Would any of you go beyond after hearing the screams of the learner to stop? Would you go on because the doctor said it was OK? Or would you refuse to administer pain to another human being? Over 65% continued ‘after’ the doctor said it was OK. When the test was conducted again last year over 77% continued to administer shocks despite the pain of the learner. That’s over 50 years later with many receiving ‘sensitivity’ training in schools, psychiatric and religious institutions. Let’s switch to Bill O’Reilly. When informed that the punishment administered to ‘drug users’ has over populated our prison population by 800%, and that the prisoners were predominantly black, he responded with “these people are thugs and should be in prison” [paraphrased].
What is our individual capacity for evil? Why is it that we can so respect an authority figure that we will listen to what they say and ignore the obvious pain of others? Why do we listen to those who are so obviously ‘evil’ and justify their behavior with stereotyping and pure assumption? Is it because we don’t know their true behavior? Or is it that we do and we ignore it because they are authority figures? Is it their behavior that is evil or ours for NOT standing up to it? If we go along with evil are we complicit in what it yields? Or are we ‘just’ following what it says because it represents an authority figure to us?
Whatever it may be we have the duty to say NO to aberrance; no matter WHO says it’s OK. Do you wonder why there is so much evil in this world? Is it because of ‘Satan’ or the ego? Or is it simply because we listen to those who tell us things are OK and things are not OK? We can all minimize and stop evil when we STOP glorifying it. STOP elevating violence and hatred and START revering peace and love. We need to teach our children that what we experience in our lives are there for a reason; to teach us that we need to participate in our experiences by sharing Divine love and helping others. Are we ‘relayers’ of evil or are we ‘purveyors’ of love? It is our choice based on our individual moral compass to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to aberrance.
Don’t jump on the bandwagon of an authority figure. The recent replication of the experiment revealed that when one individual stood up and said “No!”, that other ‘teachers’ would not continue the experiment. This clearly demonstrates that one person who KNOWS the truth can influence others to recognize it. Stand up for the truth and stop allowing ignoramuses from ‘lying’ to simple-minded people who cannot and will not discern the truth on their own. Be that individual who says ‘no’ to aberrance. Sharing Divine love means to think and feel the truth, speak the truth and live the truth. Be ye therefore perfect! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
WHAT IS MY GOAL?
A friend asked me “What is your goal in writing?” My answer: To be a consistent recalcitrant; to turn over every rock allowing my readers to think instead of emotionally react. Shining a light on what is hidden in the darkness is not winning a popularity contest. It angers some, enlightens others and sets you up for attack.
I am not afraid or have ever been afraid of the attacks of others. I will NOT fear what I don’t understand; I will stand up to it and meet it face to face. I will not resist that which I perceive is angering me; I will allow it to be and make its aberrance known to all. I will not bear false witness; I will declare the revelation of my intuitive guidance, my discernment from my reason and share what I have learned with all.
My Divine purpose is to say it how it is and not color it with agenda manifestation, opinion or outright lies. I have been blessed by the Divine with a unique way of looking at things just as you have been blessed with unique abilities that are yours alone. Share those gifts everyday and be whom and what you were created to be; now, and evermore! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
JUST SAYING NO
Just saying “No” to something is tantamount to inviting it into your life over and over again. Try saying “Yes” and allowing it to pass through you just as it is without attaching any emotion to it. It soon will fizzle out into oblivion and return from whence it came.
Yeshua said, “But I am saying to you, you shall not rise up against an evil person (resist ye NOT evil), but whoever strikes you on your right cheek, turn to him also the other” ~Matthew 5:39 (Aramaic Bible in Plain English).
Carl Jung said, “What you resist persists.” When you push against what you don’t want in life you are feeding it with energy to live. Let it go. It is NOT worth it. Focus on the good in your life and allow the evil to be without attaching any fear and hatred to it.

COMPROMISING THE WORD
Recently I received a message from a good evangelical friend of mine who is struggling with ‘the word’ as it is in the Bible currently. I have explained to him time and again how I had the same struggle and that’s why I went to seminary school. I HAD to learn to truth. What I encountered was professors who challenged me and never told me what to think; they taught me how to think on my own.
My friend accused me that “Your love for the word was supplanted by the doctrine of men. You were deceived by people in authority just like the experiment you posted about Stanley Milgram. You are doing the will of some ass**** professor who taught you not to trust the scriptures. Take your New Age Pavlovian balderdash and blow it out you’re a**. I’m done compromising the word.”
Now, who is compromising the word? When you read and believe a book that has been translated from the original Aramaic into Koine Greek into Latin and then into English with absolutely NO consideration for the cultural and geographic idioms of the time, then who is being fooled? Not to mention the agenda manifestation of Constantine and his priests. That’s why I learned how to translate what was originally there so that I could TRULY know! I wasn’t going to accept the interpretation of some ass**** preacher with an agenda who was tapping the choir girls and boys. I wanted the truth and my professors taught me HOW to ferret it out!
When you blindly believe what someone else says without the proof to back it up, then you are indeed a fool! My friend has gotten so negative towards his family and friends because of his ‘issues’ that he cannot even see that his behavior in itself is compromising ‘the word’ that he so admittedly reveres. Don’t compromise the truth by ‘believing’ ANYTHING!!! Read what is there in the holy books but don’t make what it says your final authority. Allow the Spirit of God within you to be the final authority on what is true or not.
If you truly live in ‘the word’ you follow what it really says and not what some preacher tells you it says. As Yeshua once said; “And they revere me in vain while they teach the doctrines of the commandments of man“ ~Matthew 15:9 (Aramaic Bible in Plain English). Trust, don’t believe. Allow, don’t resist. PAYING ATTENTION?
What does it mean to pay attention? In definition, this idiom means “taking heed; giving close and thoughtful attention to something {that you value in regard to safety, security, advancement}; paying particular notice” [dictionary.com]. Where does your predominant attention lie? In whatever crosses your mind or whatever tugs at your heart? Or, do you make the time to ‘know’ where it needs to lie as opposed to where you believe it must lie?
Attention is inextricably tied with choices when you are aware enough to understand this; most people aren’t because they have never been trained in how the mind and heart works; just in how you must listen to what they say because they are always right. WTH? How many times have your mind and heart been dead wrong? You might not admit it, but I’m sure it’s more than the amount of digits and limbs you have!
The mind and heart are born of spirit and are ‘extensions’ of that spirit! The mind is your consciousness of logic and reason and the heart is your consciousness of feeling and motivation. When both are working in tandem they become the individual ‘seat’ of Divine love. It is when there is a ‘disconnect’ or ‘dysfunction’ between your mind and heart that problems in your life arise.
When you operate too much from your mind you minimize or even lose the inner feelings of ‘emotional’ guidance. When you operate too much from your heart you minimize or even lose the inner thoughts of ‘mental’ guidance. It is in the balance between what you think and feel that we attain a greater understanding of self in relation to SELF. When the ego allows the Spirit of God to provide and LISTEN to the guidance of Divine order, it begins to realize that it cannot observe all of the factors that are present in life.
It ‘seeks’ wisdom by going within in meditation, listening to thoughts that arise from God’s voice of silence and feeling the emotions that arise from being deeply immersed in God’s presence.
Everything that exists comes from the Spirit of God; from the all-knowing, ever-present, all-powerful and all-creative power of the Infinite Spirit Creator. When we pay attention to what that spirit reveals in a peaceful inner state (and NOT a chaotic outer state), we align ourselves with Divine order. When we follow that guidance by completely trusting the Spirit of God to guide us, we are manifesting our Divine purposes in accordance with Divine will.
The Divine has a view from the mountaintop while our view is in the valley. Wouldn’t you rather pay attention to the Divine perspective than rumble around in the valley of perception never knowing that there are other mountains and valleys to observe and traverse? Focus on what the Divine reveals to you within and walk the walk that you have been guided to by paying attention to what understanding peace brings, and not what derision that chaos imbues.
