DUALISTIC WORLD

No matter how spiritually developed you are you live in a dualistic world. A world of comparison and contrast, of nurturing and aberrant behaviors and fighting each other to obtain peace. Identifying what behaviors you want to experience in your life is beneficial to your growth and expansion. However, if you are not aware of your inner divinity and the power of your personal choices, you will mostly live your life in a reactive mode. Whatever you put your emotional energy into will regenerate what you want and DON’T want into your personal experience. Instead of fighting evil, identify it for what it is and CHOOSE to reject it without emotionalizing it and bringing it into the realm of ‘fighting evil’.

The same goes for any disease; ‘fighting’ cancer only adds more attention and energy to curing it or fostering it. Reject things that you don’t want in your experience and allow your reactive emotions to discharge themselves into oblivion without attaching yourself to them. When we emotionalize the labels of good and evil we are not paying attention to proacting and creating a new paradigm, but simply reacting to the paradigm we choose not to experience. Your well-being is NEVER dependent on the behaviors of other people. It is always there within you flowing Divine love into your life. It is in your choice to either align yourself with it internally or resist the external manifestations of the behaviors of those who restrict it.

When you look to the external environment to determine your reactions, and subsequently your state of mind and heart, you are resisting that which you do not want. What you resist persists until you develop a fear-based mindset and heartset. You acceptance of ‘how it is’ in your environment negates how it could be if you just stop resisting it! Allow it to be ‘what it is’ and strive to make it better by proacting with Divine love. This doesn’t mean that you allow anyone to walk all over you; it means that you send them love and make the necessary steps to make your life and the lives of others better by living in truth and not agenda manifestation. Evil is discordant and dissonant; good is concordant and harmonious.

When you react to that which is not in alignment with Divine order, you are acknowledging that it exists and are adding your attention and emotion to it. When you proact from that which is in alignment with Divine order, you are acknowledging that it exists and are adding your attention and emotion to it as well. Remember, Mother Teresa once said the she wouldn’t attend an ‘anti-war’ rally but she would attend a ‘pro-peace’ rally. It is in the choices that we make is where our attention lies and what emotions we choose to feel as a result are what we are allowing into our experience. Our thinking is like the electro-mechanical coordination of the engines in our cars.

Our hearts are the engine and our emotions are the fuel by which our ‘engines’ interact in our environments. Tainted gas affects the smooth operation of the engine and breakdown of electro-mechanical connections creates disharmonious function. Keep your mind well ‘lubed’ and your heart well ‘fueled’ in order to co-create the reality you want to experience. BEATEN BEFORE YOU STARTED

When you believe that you are born a sinner and have come short of the glory of God you are beaten before you have ever started. How can you ever hope to be ONE with God if you are stained or tainted with original sin? What is original sin? It is “a depravity, or tendency to evil, held to be innate in humankind and transmitted from Adam to the [human] race in consequence of his sin.” It is based on a STORY handed down through generations that has been blindly accepted by so many that it is considered true without ANY testing of its validity.

The believers say that it is based on ‘faith’. Hogwash! It is based on what the original Christian leaders promulgated because they wanted to be the middlemen between humankind and God. It was a way to keep the massed down by making them believe that they did not possess an inner divinity. If people knew of their inner divinity, why would they support a church and priests? It is based on the teachings of the Pauline Gospel, which promoted disdain of homosexuals, inequality of women and the acceptance and fostering of slavery.

Paul had his own gospel and his own agenda. Who do you believe? Christ or Paul? If you choose Paul, like many do, then you are dooming yourself to being beaten before you have started. Sure, Paul said many beautiful things about Christ but he was ‘conditioned’ by his Pharisitical training and beliefs as well. If you choose to believe in original sin and that you will never be pure enough through righteous acts toward all of life you are beaten before you have even started.

You run toward faith in a false God as your anchor of your ‘adopted’ belief and say to others, “It’s in the Bible.” I ask you, “Where is it in the Bible? Who said it? What agenda did they have? And why would they say this to begin with?” If you accept any Biblical ‘truth’ without verifying its validity you are blatantly fooling yourself. God does NOT foster derision; God created beauty and it is the lack of understanding of just whom and what God is in humankind’s belief systems that has caused the problems in the ‘original sin’ doctrine.

You ARE a child of the Most High and you are beautiful, pure and perfect. It is your beliefs about yourself and others that look toward imperfections in order to justify your own existence as being better than others by your ‘righteous’ behavior. No one is better than anyone else and EVERY life has a Divine purpose. See the perfection in the Spirit of God within all of life and respect its right to live, love and be fulfilled. GETTING AWAY WITH IT

Have you ever wondered why those who step on others, hurt people and do whatever they want regardless of who it affects seem to get away with it? Do you think it is because they are just so brazen and subtle at the same time and fool people into believing that they are something other than what they are? Or is it because most people don’t think they can do anything about their aberrant behaviors? Whatever it may be they ‘appear’ to get away with things because they are not only fooling others, they are also fooling themselves. They are living a façade that is rooted in their ego and is so entrenched that they actually believe they are doing good for others by being in their lives. They cannot and will not see the errors of their ways because it would contradict the façade they have created.

The bottom line is that they are selfish, self-centered and motivated only to increase their perceived ‘station’ in life; usually by the constant yearning for acquiring as much money as they can to wield power over others. They are shallow in personality, hollow in soul and superficial at best. You can always tell by digging deeper and asking them questions that require abstract thought. If they won’t engage you, they are hiding the fact that they fear that you will discover just who they really are. Their façade is everything to them because it reinforces their warped belief that they are all that.

Plant a seed of Divine love within them and go about your way. Divine order will unfold that seed if they learn to align it someday. Align yourself with genuine people who truly care about others. That is where you will grow and nurture your experience of Divine love. If aberrant people ask you to know more about what you have experienced, share it with them and do not allow their interaction with you to dampen your spirit or cause you to react with negative emotions. Their inability to share Divine love should pass through you without affecting your peace. If it doesn’t, then you have allowed their negativity to make you react and distract you from unfolding your Divine purpose in Divine order. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

TESTING

In order to advance the inception of information in one’s brain, humankind uses a method to determine what has been retained in one’s brain; it is called testing. You are given the opportunity to ‘prove’ what you have ingested and most use their memories to recall or recognize information that is being questioned in the test. This is mostly true for experiences in the perceived dualistic reality of polar opposites and the shades of grey in between. However, when we KNOW Divine love and share it with others, the Divine NEVER tests us in how much we have ‘retained’ information about Divine love.

The only way learned information becomes knowledge is when we ‘understand’ the reason we are remembering it! Not the essence of the information itself but the purpose of the information being presented. The same applies to obtaining wisdom. It is only when we ‘understand’ why we have ingested knowledge that we begin to use it wisely. It is not about whether or not we ‘remember’ why certain information has become knowledge and why certain knowledge has become wisdom, it is about our sharing of Divine love with each other that is important!

We are children of the Most High and we NEVER have to prove anything to the Divine. The Divine does NOT test us on information retention, knowledge acclimation or wisdom expression. The Divine LOVES us and allows us to find our own way back to the stillness and silence of omniversal peace, understanding and joy through the sharing of Divine love. We are NEVER tested to prove anything; we are simply loved.

Telling others that God ‘tests’ us is assigning limited human qualities to that which is limitless; this is called anthropomorphizing God. Know that the Divine is beyond any human characteristics that any of us possess. The Divine loves; it is we who separate ourselves from that love by listening to our selfish egos. Listen to the Divine within more than the nagging voice of the ego telling you that you are being tested for that which can NEVER be tested. Be ye therefore perfect! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

What is perceived by some as karma are the challenges of dharma that are necessary for the individual's growth and expansion.

Not all things that appear bad are a result of what one has done or hasn't done.
