With the onset of the AHA (American Healthcare Act) being touted as the ‘thing’ that will change the landscape of healthcare, one Republican Senator after another proclaims that this bill will give Americans more freedom in choosing their healthcare plan. Hmmm. More freedom? Does having more freedom mean that there will be better choices? Or does it really mean that having more freedom in choices comes from deregulating the insurance companies so that they can sell you shit with a chocolate fudge veneer?

LISTEN WITHIN
Beliefs are repeated thoughts that you accept as true without knowing whether they are true or not. Until you test their veracity and validate their occurrences they will never be realistically true except in the confines of your own mind and heart.
In order for your beliefs to be aligned with the beliefs of others you must investigate the facts that caused those beliefs and research the proponents of those facts that espouse those beliefs and determine their manifest agendas.

Making people aware of aberrance is NOT fighting or resisting it. It is speaking the truth despite the bloviating of liars. Did Paul Revere stop to fight the British in his famous ride? Or did he keep traveling from town to town to warn as many people as possible that the British were coming? Fighting and resisting is an active stance of ‘pushing back’ against someone or something that you perceive is against you.
Revealing the truth is NEVER fighting or resisting! It is allowing what is to be what it is and telling others that it is either false or hurtful. When people are aware of aberrance they can make the proactive steps to rectifying it and eliminating it constructively without fighting and resisting! Build a proactive way of dealing with liars who continually attempt to control, dominate and manipulate the truth to their own wicked self-serving ends.
The more people that know the truth, the more we can reveal the facts from honest investigation and research. Otherwise, the liars’ words will be taken at face value because people will choose to be emotionally moved by their charisma and divisiveness more than the truth itself. TURNING YOUR BACK
What you turn your back on is what undoes all the good that you do. Not standing your ground on the truth when you witness people hurting others reveals that you are more concerned for yourself than others. You might be able to fool those who don’t know how to discern your aberrant behavior but you don’t fool those who know just what you are doing.
Behavior that initiates separation and division more than understanding and uniting is selfish at best. It is living in fear and loathing more than faith and love. Go ahead and fool the fools who believe your lies. Some will eventually come to know your deception and when they do they will bring you down hard.

Arguing with a selfish conservative Republican is like being Moses coming down from the mountain carrying laws that allow people to live in harmony with one another only to discover that the conservatives have made gold their God. If you get angry and break the laws that are written down you have to go back up the mountain and get them again because living in their chaos and misdirection affects your peace, understanding, joy and your ability to share Divine love. Conservatives only believe in themselves and others who act like them and believe their total bullshit. If something doesn’t happen to them then they refuse to understand how it happens to others. They blame others for undoing themselves without walking a mile in their shoes.
They stand up and declare the bootstrapping concept without ever realizing that if you don’t have boots, how can you bootstrap? This is because they have already been provided for in some way or have had consistent breaks of opportunity and continue to believe that everyone has the same opportunity as they have. What they fail to see is that not everyone has the same opportunity as they have had to advance in life through affordable training and education. Their social myopia is only concerned about what happens to them. The entire principle of Divine service is that of extending yourself to help others become who they were created to be by lifting them up to a point where they can stand on their own.
Cutting the funding for the elderly meal programs and requiring people with medical conditions to work in order to collect Medicaid goes against the universal principle of Divine service. It is selfish, self- centered and self-aggrandizing because it is LOOKING DOWN from your supposed entitled position and telling others how they should live because you have lived a certain way. The Conservative Republicans continue to complain that we are a ‘Nanny’ state instead of realizing that we are a ‘Granny’ state. What do grandparents do? Don’t they give to their grandchildren to teach them how to support themselves and live fruitfully on their own? Do grandparents generally allow their grandchildren to starve if their parents can’t effectively support them? Do they wash their hands in helping their grandchildren receive a good education because they have to starve in order to learn? BULLSHIT!!!
We are not a ‘Nanny’ state! We are a ‘Granny’ state where we lift up those who have contributed their whole lives to our system AND help those who are entering adulthood in our system! We do NOT abandon the learning and helpless. We do not turn away from the sick and disabled. We don’t elevate ourselves to godhood in judgment over others because we believe we are better than them!!! When Moses came down the second time from the mountain he had a new vision of what he had learned in dealing with those who are too blind to see reality as it is. He came to know that there will always be people who choose to worship their selfish egos more than follow rules, regulations and laws that govern all of us.
When you believe you are entitled to more than others, you are not only being selfish, you are denying the reality that we must all live together and work together to bring about ‘heaven’ on earth. As long as we allow the conservative Republican mindset and heartset to ride herd over all of us, we are doomed to literally killing our seniors through slow starvation and dumbing-down our young by denying them the education to learn critical thinking. As my brother-in-law Roger Sutor once said, “If you cannot think, you will not question.” Stay informed and THINK more than emotionally react to what LIARS and DECEIVERS are telling you. LOSING INNER TRUTH
The moment you stop knowing just ‘how blessed you are’ is the moment that you have lost your inner truth to beliefs that you have, or that you have adopted from someone else. The more you choose to know more than believe the more you are aligned with the perfect unfolding of Divine order.
Stay focused on the truth and ‘know’ that it appears in many ways for everyone. It is in your choice to follow the truth that knowing triumphs over believing. The best comes to those who operate with Divine trust more than trusting beliefs that have not been tested and proven.

STOP FIGHTING
Stop fighting the Conservative Republicans and resisting the childishness of Donald J. Trump. Allow them to be what they are and stop what they are trying to do by educating the ignorant, lifting up the poor and sharing your awareness of life as well as your talents, skills and abilities with others.
As Carl Jung said, "What you resist persists." I have added to that statement by saying, "What you allow is in the now." This moment is where we all can co-create a new model of reality where all life is respected and treated as being worthwhile.

LIVE BY THE SWORD
The saying, “Those who live by the sword, die by the sword” was taken from a statement by Yeshua: “Then Yeshua said to him, “Return the sword to its place, for all of those who take up swords will die by swords. ~Yeshua, Matthew 26:52 (Aramaic Bible in Plain English).
Is this principle universal? Can we apply it to other negatives as well? If so, then those who take up hate as their weapon will die by the hate of others. Anytime we adopt what goes against life and living we co-create more of the same in our lives. Conversely, those who live with love will die with love. Love can be soft and gentle as well as tough and poignant. When you love you speak the truth that you KNOW is true and NOT that you BELIEVE is true.
Knowing requires discernment of the facts and judgment of the possible outcomes of the facts, tempered with the inner guidance of whether or not the facts contribute to the growth and expansion of all concerned. If the facts take away from life in any way then it is time to create a new way of viewing and understanding the facts in order to be love inclusive and not love debilitating.
Always remember, you will know the truth within when you choose to love yourself AND others equally. You will never see it as it is if you choose to be selfish, self-centered and self-aggrandizing. DEVILS IN DISGUISE
One day you will realize that what you didn’t do to stop the spread of evil will open you up to its experience. It will make you tense and uncomfortable because deep inside you know that you should have done your best to stop it when you had the opportunity and you chose to not act. We experience things in our lives for us to choose what helps more than hurts.
Doubt, worry and fear are the obstacles to allowing what is best for all to unfold naturally. When the ongoing fulfillment of your beliefs becomes more important than the truth you have lost your connection to your inner well-being.

TURNING AWAY
What you turn away from, walk away from and dismiss as insignificant is exactly what you need to understand in order to grow and expand.
Until you effectively deal with the pains, sorrows and infirmities of others you will never get beyond your selfish need to act superior and make them inferior.
It is in your allowance of their experiences that you come to know just how blessed they are and yourself as well. We might appear to be islands in the sea but we are all connected to each other by the waters of life fueled with Divine love.

LOSING THE AHA!
Trump boldly declared that the Democrats now own the healthcare ‘debacle’. He backed it up by saying that Kentucky is in grave trouble with the ACA. In an interview with House Budget Committee member John Yarmuth (KY), Trump’s declaration was nailed to the wall. It seems that the problem that Kentucky has is with individual ACA accounts which are in the nation only 5% of the total enrollees. Again, Trump is shining a spotlight on one small segment and derailing the entire law because he and Paul Ryan want a ‘free market’. Kentucky has 500,000 new insurance enrollees out of a 4.4 million population. People who NEVER had any form of health insurance now have it. Yet, Trump and Ryan continue to try and dismantle what they BELIEVE is not working in favor of a ‘plan’ that they say ‘would’ve’ worked. BULLSHIT!!!
The only reason they want free market health insurance is because they could eliminate the insurance industry's regulations and diminish what the insurance plan products actually offer. In other words, deregulation offers more independent plans that actually are comprised of fewer benefits that amp up more government costs to subsidize the ineffective plans! Why? Could it be that they are heavily invested in the insurance industry from the back door? Is this one of the reasons why Mitch McConnell’s (KY) family was NEVER indicted for his shipping line caught red-handed in smuggling cocaine into this country? “Friends helping friends” in the good ole boy club NEVER tell the truth. They lie for each other to protect their mutual interests and the rest of us be damned! Haven’t you ever wondered why they always proclaim that we need less government in order to bolster a free market, yet they always run to be elected to government?
It is because they are in the perfect position to receive ‘incentives’, bribes and perks that only benefit them and not any of us. They lie, cheat and steal from every decent hard working American and pat themselves on the back for their supposed ingenuity. They secretly fund corporate fake news that speaks to people in their language to tell them what they want to hear more than the truth because it shields them from the truth and affords them plausible deniability. They are evil, self-centered opportunists who care not whether you live or die. The only thing they care about is their bottom line and that YOU live beneath that bottom line while they ride herd over you. Stop the insanity of listening to their ongoing bullshit!

ARE YOU BEING
EMOTIONALLY ABUSED?
The ego is a construct of our self-survival mechanism. It needs to feel secure and justifies that need by seeking to control the actions of its environment and others. In reality it can influence them but not ultimately control them.
Egotistic people need flexible people to exercise what they feel they must have in order to survive; to control, dominate and manipulate the actions of others. Flexible people need egotistic people to provide direction and focus in moving forward. Both need each other to balance the desires of self with the desires of SELF.
If someone flexible is overly controlled and emotionally abused by someone egotistical, they can choose to understand the insecurities of the egotistical person and love them as they are. This doesn’t mean that they become a punching bag for that person. It means that they recognize the strength that they have to offer and temper that strength with their flexibility.
If they genuinely love the abuser and they have made inroads to help them to grow in their understanding, then there exists a possibility of positive expansion. If they are attached to the abuser because they believe their behavior towards them is love, then they are fooling themselves.
Abusive behavior is NOT love. Love is kind, gentle and understanding. Abuse is control, domination and manipulation toward a self-serving end. Abused children identify with the abusive parent because they want attention and they come to learn mistakenly that attention, no matter in what form, is love.
Love makes you feel good about whom you are and abuse doesn’t. A controlled person lives in a shadow of insecurity because it is safe and comfortable for them. It is the only place where they can justify the attention from an abuser. Stretching oneself to the point of reality will reveal that no one deserves any form of abuse.
If that is all an egotistical person can demonstrate is abuse, then remove yourself from them as soon as possible. Their growth is NOT dependent on your participation as being abused by them.
Respect whom and what you are and never allow anyone to abuse you, misuse you or take advantage of you. Being flexible doesn’t mean that you are a punching bag for those who only care about themselves. It means that you understand that they don’t understand and that you need to remove yourself from their negative and self-serving influence. A STEPWISE
PROGRESSION
In the event that today you decide to wake up and be yourself, take heart and be progressively stepwise. In statistics, “stepwise regression includes regression models in which the choice of predictive variables is carried out by an automatic procedure” [Wikipedia.com]. Let’s flip this around and see what a ‘stepwise progression’ would be. Accordingly, it would be ‘progressive’ models in which the choice of predictive variables is NOT carried out by an automatic procedure or where the choice of constants is carried out by an automatic procedure. Which is more likely to be a stepwise progression? According to stepwise regression, there are 3 main approaches to analysis:
“Forward selection, which involves starting with no variables in the model, testing the addition of each variable using a chosen model comparison criterion, adding the variable (if any) that improves the model the most, and repeating this process until none improves the model.
Backward elimination, which involves starting with all candidate variables, testing the deletion of each variable using a chosen model comparison criterion, deleting the variable (if any) that improves the model the most by being deleted, and repeating this process until no further improvement is possible.
Bidirectional elimination, a combination of the above, testing at each step for variables to be included or excluded” [Wikipedia.com].
In forward selection, we simply add variables and test them against our model, or baseline of where we are right now. For example, signing up for a course to be certified in something that interests you. Will that ‘add to’ your life and improve it? Will it make you a better person? Whether you benefitted from the course or not in your mind and heart you have ‘expanded’ out of your comfort zone and have improved your condition. In backward elimination, you start where you are and you remove habits and conditions that you already experience and see what improves your life. For example, have you stopped yelling at your loved ones or being grumpy most of the time? In bidirectional elimination, we combine moving toward what we desire actively eliminating what doesn’t work and keeping what does work by eliminating (or moving away from) the variables in our lives that don’t serve us, add to our feelings of fulfillment and edify our overall beings.
According to the model of stepwise regression, the true opposite of it would be where the choice of constants is carried out by an automatic procedure. What constants would that be? Are there actually things in our lives that are constants? Most definitely! The one and only constant is the Spirit of God within all of us. That is our ongoing constant and it automatically shares Divine love with us in every breath we take and every breath we give. We are blessed with a center that provides individual growth and expansion when we ‘recognize’ its existence, live from its Divine love and share that Divine love with all! Operating from this center we automatically delete what doesn’t serve our growth and expansion when we ‘add to’ or ‘take away from’ our thoughts, feelings, words, actions and behaviors.
Being progressively stepwise in essence means that we completely trust in the Spirit of God to automatically hit our delete buttons when events, occurrences, situations, circumstances and the behaviors of ourselves and others are not favorable to our growth and expansion into complete fulfillment of our Divine purposes in Divine order. We operate from the constant of the Spirit of God by having faith in the process of growth and expansion, having complete trust in the Divine Infinite Spirit and living our lives sharing Divine love with all of life. Be progressive. Be forthright. Be diligent. Be whom and what you were created to be by centering yourself in Divine love and living your life by sharing it every day. FEELING AT EASE
When you listen to and believe someone who says what you want to believe then you have opened yourself to blatant deception in order to feel ‘at ease’. In other words, your comfort is more important than the truth.
You are a child in an adult’s body and you find comfort in sucking your thumb or cuddling your Teddy Bear. Your safety and security in who you believe you are is more important than living in our shared truth.
