I still haven’t figured out which one had the final say.”
Roger Waters called her performance on this song a ‘happy accident’. When you allow things to flow as they should be happy accidents abound.

IS GOD TESTING YOU?
Do you think God is testing you? Do you react to each and every event, occurrence, situation, circumstance and behavior of others with “Why is this happening to me?” Well, if you do, you are more ego-centered than you might want to admit.
Things don’t happen TO you; they happen FOR you. They happen for you to grow into the peace of living in God’s will; the understanding that when things happen you must not fight them but allow them; the joy of seeing the end result of your desires and dreams; and the living in Divine love everlasting.
The only test is your belief that there is a test. You have already passed all of the so-called tests because you are here in this life and making choices. Stop listening to the blind attempting to lead the blind by believing that God is testing you somehow.

BOOTS ON THE GROUND
Recently we keep hearing the term, “boots on the ground” in the news. It means placing soldiers in the midst of possible conflict in defending the interest of our security and the security of our allies. What it truly means is the ‘human beings’ will be ‘in the line of fire’ defending our mutual interests. But what are those interests? Are they truly to defend and protect the helpless or to ensure the smooth flow of oil from the Middle-East Region?
By using the term ‘boots on the ground’ there is an attempt to ‘dehumanize’ our war efforts. The fact remains that bombing outposts might be effective in the short term; however, ISIS has now moved into heavily populated areas among the innocent people in the attempt to provide insulation from repeated bombing. The only way to effectively extract ISIS militants is to have ‘boots on the ground’. In other words, human life must be put ‘in harm’s way’ in order to minimize the atrocities committed by ISIS. If this is true, then why is our government supplying both sides? Is it because that is the only way to effectively allow the dissidents to kill each other instead of killing allied forces?
Whatever it may be we are NOT the policemen of the world. Our resources should be focused on our infrastructure, securing the flow of people in and out of this country and moving forward into the future. When we get down in the pit with those too stupid to understand and respect the value of life we are becoming as they are. We need to focus on strengthening ourselves first; then, and only then, can we help others. If you are in a plane and there is a cabin breach you grab the oxygen mask FIRST so that you can remain conscious; then you can help someone else. If you don’t, you will black out from lack of oxygen and could die.
Priorities require that we take care of ourselves in order to be of help to others. As long as we become involved in every skirmish in the world we will be brought down to the level of the dissidents and fight them on their terms. We need to take the high road and teach them that fighting and genocide is NOT the way. Until we do, history will repeat itself ad infinitum. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

DEFINITIONS
Atheism: The arrogance to believe that your denial of a Creator has anything to do with the fact that a Creator exists.
Agnosticism: The arrogance to believe that their not knowing the existence of a Creator has anything to do with the fact that a Creator exists!
Deism: The arrogance to believe that your belief that a Creator has created everything and split proves that the Creator is not involved in your life now.
Christianity: The arrogance to believe that what some Roman murderer declared as true accurately describes the life and teachings of Christ.
Judaism: The arrogance to believe that you alone are the chosen people of God and that God favors you.
Islam: The arrogance to believe that the complete submission to Allah is the only way to Oneness.
Hinduism: The arrogance to believe that debts that have to be paid are more important than being one with the Divine.
ARROGANCE: The shortsidedness and pride that creates an overinflated viewpoint of your importance and validity. Taking offense to what others say about your ego.
PROJECTION: The attribution of one’s own attitudes, feelings or desires to someone or something as a naive or unconscious defense against anxiety or guilt.
EGO: That which takes offense to anything that challenges its erroneous beliefs. A selfish, non-forgiving component to the observation and perception of others.

I’m sure you have all heard the term ‘takeaway’. According to the Urban Dictionaryit means, “Any new piece of information gleaned from a lecture, interview, or other media presentation, etc. that can be of exponential value when acted upon or put to use”.
What new pieces of info have you been ‘taking away’? How many gems of information or pearls of great price have you been handed and never acted on them? How about a ‘give to’ instead? Instead of only thinking about taking away something valuable why don’t you give of your talents, skills and abilities to those who believe that they are less blessed than you?
Spend more time ‘giving to’ others than ‘taking away’ from them. Sow seeds of greatness within others and your own greatness will grow and expand. Be ye therefore a giver of Divine love and a learner of your inner truth. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
LESS THAN PERFECT?
When you allow the concept that you are anything less than a perfect creation of Divine love you open yourself up to the possibility for your ego to take hold of you in a weak moment and convince you of its beliefs more than listening to Divine guidance.
Plug up the hole of doubt, worry and fear by allowing certainty, confidence and faith in the Spirit of God to make you grow in Divine trust. There are more things going on outside of you than you can ever perceive; let alone have ANY control over!

Arrogant people sometimes completely miss the point when you point out their arrogance. Just by the fact that they take offense to an observation concerning their arrogance PROVES that they are arrogant about what they believe.

STOP TELLING OTHERS
WHAT TO BELIEVE
Only when you stop telling others what to believe will you be able to see clearly enough within to live in complete health, sufficient wealth, daily prosperity and infinite abundance.
Know your inner heart and feel its infinite presence. Live from Divine love and know your individual inner truth.

ANGER
Anger is the feeling of not being treated fairly. It is a motivator emotion often layered on top of other primal emotions. It is when you act and lash out with anger that it becomes negative.
If you are angry, unpeel the layers and dig down deep into your subconscious mind to discover just what it is that is making you angry. Treat others fairly and treat yourself fairly.
Open up the chest of buried emotions in order to free yourself from reactivity to your experiences in order to proactively move ahead.

LIVING NATURALLY
Living spiritually IS living naturally. The omniverse unfolds according to the projection of desires into a sea of energy governed by natural laws. These laws are the laws of physics that determine how desires are unfolded.
Natural order functions perfectly within the parameters of these laws. Divine order affects natural order when you allow the greatest good to unfold in your life.
The only thing you have to do is accept your desire as real, see the end result of its manifestation, feel the joy of it occurring and allow Divine order to affect natural order to bring it about.
Too many of us think and feel that we must DO something to bring it about; you must plan for it to occur and then allow it to happen.
All of your expression of energy and focus does not amount to a hill of beans. It is in your allowing of your desire that it becomes real. Yes, you must focus on your desire and make the steps to bring it about.
Do what you need to do but don’t forget to allow it to come to you. Be worthy of receiving by allowing your needs to flow unfettered by your beliefs. You are worthy of that which you are here to create. Allow it to be and you WILL be fulfilled! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

SLOW DOWN
The next time someone tells you to slow down tell them this. We are rotating where we are on this globe at 1000 mph. The Earth is orbiting the Sun at 67,000 mph. The Solar System is orbiting the galaxy at 514,000 mph. Do you feel it? Of course not; it’s all relative.
What might be your perfect speed might be too much for someone else. Just as time is experienced by each one of us, our relative motion is hardly felt but apparent to some more than others.
Move at the speed you KNOW works for you and allow others to move at their own speed. Be ye therefore motionless within and moving at the speed of your expression of Divine order without. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

UNIONS
To those of you against unions, I must say that if it weren’t for unions we wouldn’t have weekends off, COLA raises and profit sharing. I am UAW all the way.
The UAW union protected all of us and did a great job in further training its members. What I want is a fair minimum wage commensurate with the cost of living!
Want I don’t want is collective bargaining to get a bad rap from money hungry corporations who use profits to overcompensate their CEO’s. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
NEGATIVE VORTEX
Have you ever noticed that when things appear that they are going downhill that a negative vortex of thinking begins to pull you in? Doubt of a positive end result leads to worry about what ‘might’ happen.
Too much worrying leads to out and out fear of a negative end result. Don’t allow that which pulls you into the negative vortex to get a hold on your thoughts and feelings. The more you entertain negativity the more it pulls you in.
Allow what appears to be negative to be just what it is and declare a positive result for all concerned. When you give into negativity it sucks you into its vortex of illusion and consumes you.

THE SAME METHODOLOGY
Atheism is using the same methodology of belief in no God that others use to believe there is one. Atheists only believe what their senses reveal even though their senses are limited and don’t reveal to them the entire picture. They become arrogant in their assessment of no divinity because they allow their egos to elevate themselves to ‘godhood’.
They further claim that any belief in God is not being responsible when in fact it is they who are not being responsible by being self-centered. By turning the focus onto them and them alone, they reveal that they are actually living in fear of reality by holding onto their dogmatic belief that God doesn’t exist. They deny that Atheism is NOT a belief when in fact it is.
Any thought repeatedly accepted as true becomes a belief, whether that thought is accurate or erroneous. To deny that reveals that they have an agenda to convince others of what they ‘believe’ and try to mask it as something ‘other’ than a belief. See things for how they are and NOT what others ‘believe’ they are. Be a beacon of light and not a harbinger of death. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
SIMPLY EXISTING?
If you are not here to accomplish something, then why are you here? To simply exist? Or to unfold your consciousness into your reality as a synergistic part of our mutual growth and expansion?
Whether you believe in God or not is not the issue. What’s at stake is that we are here to share our individual talents, skills and abilities with each other to mutually grow and expand; it’s called a collective purpose.
Our emergent consciousness is a result of our bio-electrochemical processes striving for survival amid the perceptions of external chaotic forces tying to limit our abilities to thrive.
Science has revealed that the only thing that can change the perception of the outcome of an experiment is the consciousness of the observer. You affect reality as you allow it to affect you.

BELIEVING INTO KNOWING
What you don’t know, are unwilling to know or simply just don’t care to know is that which is necessary for you to move from believing into knowing.
Ignoring your inner sense and blessing of well-being moves you down a path to your ego believing you must control, dominate and manipulate thoughts, feelings, beliefs, words, actions and the behaviors of yourself and others to be fulfilled.
NOTHING is further from the truth. It is in your allowing of the presence of Divine love within you to flow ‘from’ you that you become fulfilled and you serve others in attaining their own fulfillment.

TWISTED EGOS
One day you will realize that all that you have been taught by religious zealots was a personal and private agenda of their twisted egos.
It was NOT what God has demonstrated in life. It is what they want to believe is what God wants.
They are lost souls who live to control, dominate and manipulate others for their own benefit. Take Darby and the Dispensationalists for example.
They took the Bible in the 19th Century and invented so much bullshit by unifying scriptures from the old and new testaments to suit their agendas.
Trust the Divine within ONLY and NOT some deranged and selfish preacher who claims to know the will of God. If you do, you will pay the price dearly as he will. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
CLAIMING TO LOVE GOD
Don’t claim to love God if you don’t know unconditional love. When you set any conditions upon anyone else in order for you to love them as fellow children of God you are NOT living in Divine love.
Divine love is agape; it is unconditional. It is given by grace and exists as your inner well-being.
When you spin the truth of your inner divinity by allowing your ego to take hold you are not about love; you are about being selfish and self-centered. Be ye therefore loving to all of life! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
WHAT YOU THINK
YOU KNOW
Only when you let go of what you THINK you know by your convicted beliefs will you be able to experience the Divine love of your inner well-being.
It is not a journey for the faint in heart because it requires complete trust in the Divine and the complete allowance of NOT trusting and believing in the ego and its demands.
If you truly want your inner world to lead in your outer world you have to stop allowing the reflections of your outer world to block out the wisdom of your inner world.

WHAT YOU NEED
What appears to be inconvenient, challenging or difficult, is, in actuality, the omniverse presenting you with what you need to grow and expand. Every time you complain, moan or get angry over circumstances, you are forgetting that you alone have made the choices that created those circumstances. When you allow them to be without attaching any negative emotions to them, you are now in the place where you can proactively deal with them.
What did you do to create them? What hadn’t you foreseen as a result of your actions or inactions? What signposts did you glaze over thinking that they were not important or not significant? Were you really paying attention to the probabilities that naturally came about from possibilities you summarily dismissed? Always remember that you are where you are by the conscious AND subconscious choices you have made.
Be responsible and accountable for those choices and you will be living in the truth. Deny them or blame them on others and you will be protecting your ego from the FACT that you made mistakes. What occurs to you has a purpose to sculpt you into a being that accepts the facts of reality and deals with them accordingly.
Until you do, you will be living an illusion of life created by your ego to fulfill your apparent self-serving needs. Go within and be that which you were created to be; Divine love everlasting! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
OUT OF THE BOX
When you think you know something to the point that you ‘believe’ that you are an expert, it is that belief alone that constricts your ability to see ‘out of the box’. All observation falls into your paradigm even when it doesn’t match your criteria of honest and ‘non-colored’ observation. If it doesn’t match what’s accepted as true in your belief system, then your brain will adjust your perceptions to validate your pre-conceived notions. This is exactly why eyewitness testimony is considered unreliable.
A person’s ‘beliefs’ will always filter their observations creating their perceptions of the unfolding of events, occurrences, situations, circumstances and the behaviors of people and objects. When their feelings react opinions are formed and when their thinking proacts evaluations are formed. The truth is IN the experiences observed and their value to the individual’s self-survival is demonstrated in how they ‘judge’ these experiences. Judgment is in relation to oneself and discernment is based on the value of one’s ‘honest’ evaluations of their experiences concerning EVERYONE!
In order to ‘step out of the box’ we all have to learn from each other our individual values from our perceptions and put them to the acid test of truth AND validity. If they don’t apply to everyone universally and consistently, then they are subject to individual ‘perceptions’ and NOT universal experience. Get out of your box of constricted thinking and rampant emotionalism.
A Philosophy professor of mine once said, “Most people don’t think; they emotionally react!” Get out of your own way and focus on what truly matters; not being distracted from unfolding your Divine purpose in Divine order. Stay on course; even ships and spacecraft regularly make ‘mid-course corrections’ because their focus is true when they start and it changes as they travel. Recent scientific experimentation has determined that visualization improves performance when coupled with proper and deliberate breathing. The intelligences of the body, emotions, mind and spirit grow in understanding and implementation when coordinated together.

PLANTING THE

When you love the person that has hurt you, you are planting seeds of love within them AND you. You are proacting to their aberrant behaviors instead of reacting with anger and revenge.
Allowing negative triggers to disturb your peace, understanding, joy and your living in Divine love means that your ego has yet to be tamed.
You must teach it to allow that which is beautiful and loving to feed your growth and expansion instead of resisting what you believe is actually harming you.
Plant your seeds and move on. Trust in the Infinite Spirit to nurture those seeds by allowing your inner well-being of Divine love to guide you forward.
Don’t allow anyone or anything to move you backward. If you do you have no one to blame but yourself; even though your ego will seek to blame everything else but itself for the choices you make.

ANIMAL WELFARE
HOW DO YOU KNOW?
How do you truly know that when you are in deep meditation that you are experiencing the presence of the Spirit of God? Could it be that your brain chemistry is altered by your deliberate breathing and that in deep relaxation your euphoric feelings are just electro-chemical effects that you ‘believe’ are the result of experiencing the Spirit of God? Is your assumption that you are in the presence of the Divine your ego placating your inquisitiveness just to give you hope that there is something more than what you sense and experience?
Those who are too clinical to experience the depths of their own soul rationalize the non-existence of an ‘entity’ that has created all of existence. Perhaps they are right; and perhaps they are missing the point of the Creator completely? In order for a Creator to exist it must underlie all of existence and be ‘beyond’ the system completely (transcendent). One cannot understand the entirety of a system (our perceived dualistic reality) while existing within that system (Gödel). In order for the omniverse to exist it is assumed that there must be a beginning and an ending; from the Big Bang Theory to the Big Bounce Theory we have many theories of its life and death cycle.
All of these theories are important in understanding how the omniverse unfolded but don’t amount to a hill of beans when it comes to feeling the inner presence of the Divine. Until you ‘feel’ that presence and experience the bounty from it, you will continue to live with ‘egoic myopia’ and base all of life on your self-imposed tunnel vision. You are subjecting yourself to ‘believing’ more than ‘knowing’. You can rationalize them as being the same all you want and it will NEVER change the fact that they are completely different.
Beliefs are repeated thoughts that you accept as true without completely testing and verifying their validity and knowing is listening to your intuition and inner guidance and TRUSTING its revelation. This is why atheists, agnostics and religious denominations have such diametrically opposed viewpoints! Not because of Divine knowing; but because of their acceptance and utilization of their crutches of beliefs.
Beliefs come from your acceptance of others’ experience and ‘knowing’ comes from your individual experience of the Spirit of God within. No one else can experience this for you; your blessings are designed to come through your vessel for you and you ALONE! True spirituality is when the mind engages the feelings of the heart and makes decision by a committee of ‘both’ and not by one or the other. Those who only see the external reality as all that is will never be able to experience true spirituality until they literally take their self-imposed blinders off; this means believers, non-believers and those who do not know.
Knowing the Divine requires you to go ‘beyond’ the apparent system and enter into a realm of Divine trust. When you live by doubt, worry and fear how can anyone EVER go beyond that which ‘might’ happen and live by that which WILL happen? Live by Divine knowing and immerse yourself in the presence of Divine love everlasting. It matters not what others think, feel, believe, say, act or behave in regard to your inner spirituality. Be firm on what you know by Divine revelation despite what others believe. Be a light unto yourself and all whom you know. Be ye therefore living in blessed divinity! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
CONSULTATION
MATURITY
Maturity is accepting things as they are, maintaining your peace amid chaos, understanding that appearances can be deceiving, maintaining your joy and choosing to live in Divine love and NOT acrimony.
It is being responsible enough to NOT blame events, occurrences, situations, circumstances and the behavior of others for your apparent problems. It is being accountable for your action AND inactions.
It doesn’t matter what age you physically are; it does matter that your mind and heart are connected enough to make mature decisions concerning yourself and others.
Prayer allows you to communicate directly with the source of all life and affords your ego the knowledge to know it’s not all that. Meditation allows you to go deep within your inner well-being and listen to Divine guidance. Service allows you to take what you have learned within and share Divine love with all. Fulfillment comes when you make proactive mature decisions and not childish reactive ones.
Stay focused on maintaining your peace, understanding, joy and the flow of Divine love from within you to your outer world. As within, so without. As without, so within. Allow the reflections of your intent to be fulfilling and NOT debilitating. You are the Captain of your soul.
Chart your destiny and set sail toward your destination with mature and profound decisions and behaviors. Be ye therefore mature! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.

Since our government is “We the People”, we are the police of how it unfolds each and every day. It is OUR job to keep the government ethical, truthful and efficient. How do we do this?
By spending the time to thoroughly investigate just who we are voting for and why they want to lead us. You CANNOT separate politics, religion, spirituality and society. You are a fool if you think you can!
You either run toward that which is supportive, giving and fulfilling or you run away from selfishness, greed and debilitation. Stop running away in fear from that which APPEARS to be insurmountable!
Stand firm on the truth of the Divine and live according to the sharing of Divine love. You CAN and WILL make this world a better place when you follow the truth despite the proliferation of lies.

Brains are electro-chemical copy generators that react to or proact from external observations, internal perceptions and formulated beliefs.
Observations and perceptions of events, occurrences, situations, circumstances and the behaviors of external stimuli affect our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, words, actions and behaviors.
When insight, intuition and revelation become apparent and real, we learn how to proact from instead of react to what appears to be real. The expression of our Divine perfection lay not in what we do, but in the allowance of how we do it.
The copies we perceive as real are filtered through our belief systems to determine their inherent validity. If our belief systems are in any way erroneous, our perceptions then are copies of an 'altered' reality and NOT a genuine reality based on facts.

WHAT IS RESPONSIBILITY?
What is responsibility? It is the state or fact of being responsible, answerable, or accountable for something within one's power, control, or management [dictionary.com]. It means that you have the capacity and ability to respond proactively based on rational thought and your inherent morality formed against moral turpitude. But where does the act of being responsible come from? Is it a whimsical choice or does it require an underlying layer of an accepted value?
Responsibility comes from the value of accountability. Being ‘accountable’ means that you are answerable for the choices and actions that you make OR don’t make! It means that you can explain or justify your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, words, actions and behaviors as being morally sound and/or rational.
Accountability means that you understand and accept that your interactions in your environment have CONSEQUENCES! If you are truly responsible for your interactions in your environment, then you know that you have a find a way to co-create that which edifies you AND others! If you are truly accountable within then you come to a knowing that you must give of yourself to others by sharing your talents, skills and abilities with them in order to positively affect their lives AND yours!
Responsibility comes from you acceptance of accountability to your inner well-being. Accountability comes from your inner knowing that we are all connected in Divine love and that we are here to share that which has created us! You have the divine authority to act on your inner values that shape your reality and the reality of others.
Don’t shirk being responsible and accountable for your expressions in your environment. If you do, you are playing games with yourself and denying the truth that there are consequences for your actions AND inactions.
