Happiness is a choice when you are aware that it is an option. Sometimes we are so immersed in our problems and just life in general, that we don’t even consider it as an option.
We are the ones who choose to allow our awareness to recognize that happiness is a choice. “But how do I recognize and allow myself to be happy?” you might ask. It’s simpler than you might think.
Allow the gift of your inner creativity to blossom into your world unfettered by the criticisms and judgments of others. Choose to be who you are and to manifest your Divine purpose in Divine order and happiness will soon follow.

BORNE FROM THE STILLNESS
The underlying ‘force’ of creation is borne from the stillness of the Spirit of God creating and expressing vibration as the perceived dualistic reality. Much in the same way do we create our lives by expressing vibrations of thought into the PDR.
If we create vibrations of doubt, worry and fear we invite conditions that will manifest those realities into our lives. If we create vibrations of joy (expressing love and living in peace), understanding (desire to manifest our Divine purpose) and faith (expectancy based on trust), we invite conditions that will manifest those realities into our lives.
We are the broadcaster and the omniverse is the receiver that echoes back our transmission with the conditions that we allow to exist in our consciousness. Your life right now is a result of your transmissions.
Want more beauty in your life? Then transmit beauty. Want more love in your life? Then transmit love. Want to be fulfilled? Then be fulfilling to others.

THE EASY WAY OUT
When you seek the easy way out of things in life you are listening to an inner voice that is selfish and self–centered. It doesn’t want to do ‘more than is necessary’ to accomplish anything.
What is this voice? It's your ego basking in your comfort zone. It wants to protect you so you can survive and go on in your comfort zone. The only way you will ever manifest your Divine purpose in Divine order is to ‘break out’ of your comfort zone.
Listen to the still small voice of the Divine within for the guidance you need to ‘override’ the voice of the ego that leads you to the illusion of a false sense of security. The only true security in life comes from a daily communion with the Divine.
Bathe in the stillness and silence every day and bring it with you into your life. The walls of your comfort zone will come crashing down. Tear down the walls! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE
Every day I have the opportunity to serve all of you with meditational insights. I am sincerely grateful to all of you for your friendship and support. We might not always agree or completely understand one other, but that is not the point.

REMOVING IGNORANCE
Ignorance is not just the lack of knowledge about something; it is in not having the vision to learn the truth about what you don’t know, not having the impetus to take the action to learn it and not carrying out the behavior necessary to absorb it.

WHO LOVES YOU, BABY?
You always know who really loves you. It generates a set of feelings that opens the iris of love and insight affording the Divine inspiration of ideas, concepts, methods and behaviors, to provide a clear channel to a deeper understanding of your Divine purpose and how to fulfill it.
The more you open the iris through daily meditation, the more in tune you become with ‘how’ to manifest it in Divine order. Through the love of another, we come to know our true essence of who we are and what we need to do to fulfill our Divine purpose.
Be kind to the ones that are closest to you, for they will hold you up when you sometimes stumble, speak victory into your life and simply smile at the right time to let you know that they’ve got your back.

SETTING THE STAGE
When we all start loving one another for whom and what we are instead of judging one other based on our personal values, we will set the stage for the growth, expansion and progression into a world where we can live in peace with one another, share each others’ joy and understand our mutual needs, wants, desires and expectations. ~Dean A. NOT ENOUGH ROOM?
The size of the observable universe is 46.6 billion lights years. Isn’t that enough room for us to all get along with one another instead of squabbling about our differences?
The perceived dualistic reality is an immense projection of mostly dark energy and dark matter. Its lesser mass is in energy and matter. We are but a miniscule fraction of it and yet we think we can rule it and have dominion over it.
Our arrogance will be our undoing because it is from the lower ego self and NOT our higher Divine SELF. Seek to understand one another, be joyous in the accomplishments of others and center yourself in the inherent peace that centers the entire universe.

REVEL AND JOY IN THE
VICTORIES
OF OTHERS
After experiencing a day of almost constant pain and discomfort for both of us we just heard of a friend’s victory and our pain disappeared.
Revel and joy in the victories of others and the personal pain we sometimes experience in life minimizes and even disappears. Our friends’ victories are our victories.
We ARE all connected and when we joy in the blessings of others we become blessed. Peace and blessings to all of you! ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
Your inner spirit is universal and Divine. Your mind is personal and impressionable. Your heart is subjective to your feelings and the wisdom of the Divine. Your body is the vehicle through which all of this occurs.
Why? Is it because we are the embodiment of the Divine in action or is it an ‘accident’ of nature? Whatever you ‘believe’ it is it is beyond your beliefs and the beliefs of others.
Beliefs are based on observations of the perceived dualistic reality and the repetition of consistent thoughts held as true by ongoing observation and conclusion.
In other words, beliefs are a ‘subjective’ reality that are ascertained by the immersion of your body in your environment, your mind in the analysis of your environment, your heart in the emotional reaction to your environment and your spirit in the expression into your environment.
True objective ‘reality’ comes from not looking outside into your external environment, but from looking inside into your internal environment.
In your center of spirit resides stillness, silence and truth. Favor truth in your life over beliefs and you will manifest your Divine purpose in Divine order by implementing Divine will.
Become the vehicle of Divine action by holding firm to the truth of the Divine and not the ‘beliefs’ of its expressions. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
SEEKING THE TRUTH?
Are you truly a truth seeker? Do you seek the truth at all costs no matter how much it will hurt you or others? Is the truth a priority in your life or is it a convenience when it serves your ego’s perception of your purpose?
Conditional truth is what many people use to fulfill their personal agendas of self-survival. They convince others of its validity in order to manifest what they perceive are correct for everyone.
How dare they!!! You don’t know what is best for me just as much as I don’t know what is best for you! I know what works and doesn’t work for me just as much as you know what works and doesn’t work for you.
If we allow the truth to be the light by which we traverse the path we minimize the danger of traversing the path.
However, if we allow the perceptions and conclusions of others to taint our perceptions and conclusions we are allowing ‘their’ truth and not our ‘truth’ to guide us.
Go within for the absolute truth of the Divine and not the relative truth of others. It will give you a Divine perspective that is unlimited instead of the limited perspective of others. Choose wisely. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
MISSING THE POINT
When you model your entire life around what someone else has written down or tells you is the truth you are missing the entire point. The ego ALWAYS has an agenda; to protect itself at ALL costs even to the detriment of another.
When someone claims to be divinely inspired you can always tell if it’s the truth by whether or not it contributes to the growth and expansion of all.
If it constricts the unfolding of everyone’s Divine purpose in ANY way, then it is from the ego and NOT from the Divine.
The truth is within you right now. Tap into it every day in meditation and temper your ego with mutual survival as well as mutual thriving.
Participate in fulfilling your Divine purpose in Divine order by helping others to fulfill theirs. Love is not love without sharing.
Model your life after the Divine guidance that is revealed to you and NOT the automatic assessment of the ego and its agendas. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
YOU HAVE THE POWER
Do you know the origins and meanings of your beliefs? Are you easily moved by what others tell you is the truth? Do you buy into other people's passion and agendas because you fear your beliefs are being challenged?
You have the power to purge yourself of erroneous beliefs and discharge other's attempts to control, dominate and manipulate your thoughts, emotions, words and behaviors by making the time to leave the chaos and slow down your world.

People who believe without knowing the origins and meanings of their beliefs are subject to the will of those who convincingly present their ‘facts’ in such a way as to emotionally move them into reacting and fighting against what they perceive is challenging their beliefs.
It first begins with an attempt to control what you think by giving you their ‘facts’ in such a way as to stimulate more than just your interest. When this is accomplished they move to dominate your thoughts with helping them in their ‘quest’. Lastly, they move into manipulating your thoughts for you to actively participate in their quest.
Who are THEY? They are the people who not only desire power over you, but will do whatever they can to become the middleman between what you believe and what is the truth. They are aware of how you input your beliefs and what buttons you have that they can push in defending your beliefs. They are unscrupulous in manifesting their agendas and don’t really care about you and your needs; they only care about what YOU can do to manifest their agendas.
Politicians, religious leaders and advertising executives are the most prominent in using techniques to control, dominate and manipulate your thoughts and behaviors to meet their perceived ends. Don’t fall into their trap. Observe and research the facts before making a decision or forming an opinion. Discern the facts AND your beliefs in order to approach the truth.
Make the time to center yourself every day in order to leave the chaos of the world behind and commune with the Divine to establish what is really true. Be proactive in your ‘quest’ to become what you were created to be and NOT what others tell you what you ‘should’ be.
You are a spiritual being having a physical experience through mental and emotional processes. Do some personal housecleaning and purge the negative and reactive thoughts and emotions that don’t serve your well-being and the well-being of others.
Daily meditation affords you the process of slowing down and becoming aware of your negative and reactive thoughts, emotions, words and behaviors that interfere with your growth and expansion.
Be proactive in establishing a perfect alignment between your relative truth and the absolute truth of the Divine. Trust the Divine to supply your needs, focus your wants, manifest your Divine desires and fulfill your heartfelt expectations.
In other words, get out of your own way and allow the grace of God to operate completely in your life. ~Dean A. Banks, D.D.
